We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and helpful, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this cottage! The cottage and its outdoor space and setting were very beautiful and it was very well equipped with everything we would have needed on a trip. Tara the host was very nice to deal with and everything was as described in the listing. We’d definitely want to come back for a second stay here.

This property is exactly as advertised. The host is incredibly helpful and responsive and the cottage is on a beautiful part of the lake. Great swimming and Tara makes sure the cottage is well stocked with whatever you might need. Kitchen was well equipped, the owner provided towels and bedding - all in great condition. Would highly recommend this listing.

We had a wonderful family getaway at Barlochan Lookout! The cottage is in a beautiful, peaceful location, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of Lake Muskoka. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together as a family.The cottage was comfortable and well-equipped, and we especially loved the beautiful lake views and tranquil atmosphere. It was lovely to wake up to such peaceful surroundings and enjoy the natural beauty of Muskoka.We made some wonderful family memories during our stay and truly enjoyed our time here. A beautiful place for a relaxing getaway, and somewhere we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

Our stay was amazing! The view is stunning, the cottage was clean and has everything you need for your stay. We loved spending time outside and on the dock. Highly recommend!

The cottage is in a beautiful setting and is very well equipped. We had a wonderful short break. Mr and Mrs Smith were welcoming and helpful. If I could give this cottage 12 out of ten I would. We hope to be able to visit again one day.

What a fabulous summer property. All is at your disposal whether you want to spend time on the lake, go to a golf course around the corner, or just take in nature on some hikes…The cottage is newly built, it is maintained very well, and has all the amenities that you would need. I highly recommend staying at this Muskoka cottage.

Ken was very nice and took the time to show us around the property. We stayed for two nights and wished we booked longer! We will definitely be back.

A lovely cottage with spectacular views.

The cottage is beautiful, well built and impeccably maintained. Ken and Tara are very responsive and the cottage is equipped with everything one could possibly require. The deck is huge and perfect for sundowners. I highly recommend this spot.

Delightful Lakehouse

We had a lovely 4 nights. Tara and Ken met us at cottage and showed us around. Excellent hosts. Cottage is fully equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Best bit of it for us was sitting quietly on the huge deck relaxing.

Quality & Professional

Owners are close by and are professional, kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and the dock (and view) are everything you associate to staying at a cottage in Muskoka.
