Set on a quiet corner lot beside a wooded area, this peaceful retreat offers pond views, sunrise skies, and the privacy guests look for in a spring and summer escape. Enjoy fishing from the private dock, relaxing by the water, or spending the day in your own 10’ in-ground pool with a separate pool house for added space and flexibility.

Less than four miles from downtown, the home combines convenience with a serene, nature-filled setting. The home is pet-friendly, making it easy for everyone to enjoy the stay.

Bedroom Setup:
Main House: 3 bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen), 3 full baths, 1 half bath.
Pool House: 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, plus downstairs twin trundle bed.

Amenities Include:
Private in-ground pool, jet spa jacuzzi, fire pit, private dock with fishing, game room, indoor & outdoor games, streaming TV in every room, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, karaoke, screen porch, and more.

Security cameras are in plain sight and monitor the exterior of the main house, pool house, and garage only. Guests retain full privacy inside the home and while using the pool and hot tub.

Pool is closed December–February, subject to local weather conditions.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable home with a beautiful lake view that made the whole trip feel relaxing. The hot tub was a highlight and perfect for unwinding, and we really appreciated that the property is pet-friendly, making it easy to bring our dogs along. Overall, a wonderful spot with great amenities, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this home! We had 6 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. The layout of the home is perfect; providing privacy when you need it and plenty of space for gatherings. The pool was a definite plus! Our grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond.We would definitely book this home again on future travels to Fuquay!

Host is very responsive. We were able to extend our stay by an extra day. Guest house is perfect for anyone needing quiet for remote work. Pool and hot tub are a big plus. Great space for a large family.

Absolutely beautiful property in a pristine neighborhood. Well equipped with everything you could need. If you have a large family, this is an absolutely perfect property in a perfect location. We've stayed at B&B's all over the world, and this ranks among the best.

We all had a great time staying here. The house was fully equipped and sufficient to host us, spacious and though we didn’t have kids with us the house seemed very kid friendly. My friends want to stay again!

The house was great! Plenty of space for our large family. It was too cold to get in the pool, but the hot tub was used plenty. Chris was quick to respond to any questions we had. Hopefully we'll be able to make our way back in the future!

Check in was very smooth and our stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool very much and even went out on the canoe. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen is well stocked. The town had all the stores we needed. Would definitely recommend.
