After the refreshing hike, take a short 35-minute drive to reach downtown Marion where you can spend your afternoon exploring the new 310 District, an indoor shopping space that's home to restaurants, an indoor skating rink, and several retail shops. Black Mountain is also just a short 30-minute. drive away. While the home is not fully ADA certified, there is a wheelchair-accessible ramp to the right of the home from the parking area, and there is a primary bedroom & en suite bath on the main level with a convenient walk-in shower. No parking is allowed on roadways or at gate entrances. No RVs, boat trailers, camping trailers, or trailers of any kind are permitted in the Gateway Mountain Community.
