Our newly-updated and renovated cottage is both a tranquil retreat and a convenient jumping-off point for your southern Maine vacation. Explore the pristine beaches of Wells and Ogunquit, dive into the invigorating waves, stroll the Marginal Way, sample the best lobster rolls in the world, sing your heart out at The Front Porch, catch a star at the Ogunquit Playhouse, or window-shop the unique shops of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Or simply relax and enjoy Beach Dreams and its amenities, including a pool and newly updated hot tub, fitness center, game room, and tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts. You will be planning your return trip before your vacation ends!

Perfect

This cozy cottage was spotless and extremely well-stocked. We were so close to all things Southeastern Maine has to offer. Vanessa and Brian responded immediately to questions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Cottage

My friends and I stayed for a girls' weekend and absolutely loved this cottage! It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved being so close to everything in Wells and Ogunquit, and it was great that the hot tub was open! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A very happy stay.

Pretty beach decor. The three of us had our own space to sleep and we loved the sunroom for early morning breakfast and games at night. We had everything we needed. Thank you.

Perfect setting for family weekend

Loved that we were able to stay together, private sleeping arrangements with common living /dining space. Close proximity to beaches but in a quiet community.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This place was perfect! I stayed for a week with my 2 kids, ages 14 and 8. The hosts literally have this place stocked with everything you could possibly need. Games and puzzles, full kitchen to grill or cook, comfortable beds, and the decor is so beachy and fun, but very tasteful. We are already talking about going back next summer! Close to beaches and all the restaurants and shops. Thanks for hosting us!!

Wonderful and relaxing accommodations

Very clean and enjoyable. Had everything and more than what we could need. My son is a writer and spent a lot of time on the sun porch. The pool and hot tub were amazing and well kept. So close to anything you may need or enjoy. Looking forward to staying again❤️

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Beach Dreams! The kids loved walking down to the pool/club house each day and the property was as described. Perfect location to downtown and beaches while being tucked back behind Post rd. Would stay again, thanks!

The Perfect Family Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay! Vanessa was a very easy owner to work with and ensured we had all we needed. We have two young kids (one and three) and the cottage was a perfect size for the four of us. The space was clean, the neighbors were respectful and friendly. Salt water Cafe across the street is one of the best eateries in Wells. We always look for a spot in Beach Dreams when we visit and Vanessa was our best host yet!

Cozy cottage

Overall, this place was fine for a short stay, but it was a bit cluttered with trinkets, there were some toilet issues from the moment we arrived, and one of the bedspreads smelled musty. It was a bit tedious to sort through the host's paperwork before gaining access to the property, too. Hosts were fantastic and responded quickly, though. Great welcome binder in the cottage helped us enjoy a pleasant stay. Well-equipped kitchen. High-quality TV. Thanks!

Very Nice Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The location was great with easy access to the local attractions. The updated cottage was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great maine escape

Easy communication with property managers, very clean and cute cottage with everything you could need for family vacation. This was our 2nd year staying at Beach dreams but this cottage our favorite so far, will be looking to book again for future summer trips.

Home away from home.

Cute home. Everything was wonderful, would definitely return. Loved the amount of board games, books and stuff to do. Host was great.

Beautiful & Clean Updated Cottage

Owners were very accommodating & easily reachable. The cottage was updated, tastefully decorated, very comfortable & had everything we needed for a spectacular week!!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The house is small but we had enough space for our family. There was plenty of board games and movies for rainy days. We had a lot of useful instructions for the beach and recommandations about the area. Thank you Vanessa and Brian for the warm welcome. We felt like home!

Maine getaway

Nice area to stay. The only issue we had was the sheets didn’t fit the bed very well as they kept slipping off. So other than that we were happy with the place.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, and the perfect size for our group of four. The full kitchen was terrific for breakfast (and even a dinner). The kids enjoyed playing tennis, and the hot tub, fitness center and game room, were nice attractions. Good location, close to Kennebunk, Ogunquit, York. Several beaches in quick driving distance - closest maybe a mile and a half walk. We also enjoyed the mini golf course just down the street. Everything was as described, and communication was quick and easy. Thank you to Vanessa and Brian. Overall, a fun, relaxing getaway!

We are Vanessa and Brian, your Beach Dreams hosts. We are central Massachusetts residents, but have adopted Wells as our own "vacationland." We have a girl and a boy and a grouchy kitty named Cotton. We are always happy to answer questions and to share our favorite local recommendations for dining and entertainment with you. We hope that Our Happy Place will become your Happy Place too!

Beach Dreams is conveniently located right off Route 1 in Maine, a short from the beach or downtown Ogunquit. The complex offers a large pool, a "kiddie" pool, hot tub, a gameroom, and a gym. Our cottage is recently updated (new pictures coming soon!) and well-appointed, with plenty of movies, games, and puzzles for your family and friends to enjoy.

Enjoy the summer nights and al fresco dining on the screened-in porch. The complex has little traffic, which makes it ideal for walking (you can walk down to get your morning coffee and breakfast sandwich from For the Love of Food and Drink at Saltwater Farm) or kids bike-riding (our son learned how to ride a bike on the Beach Dreams paths).
