Located in Wells, enjoy what this delightful 2-bedroom cottage has to offer. With a cozy queen bed and a comfy twin bed, guests can relax in the soothing living room with a convenient sofa bed. This awesome property also features heating, WiFi, and a hair dryer for added comfort. We think our place will help you experience everything Wells has to offer. The Condo sits within Webhannet by the Sea and is located between Wells Beach Center and Moody Beach. Some 15 steps across the road is the 2-mile Crescent Beach.

Being within steps of the beach was wonderful. This was a very relaxing few days. The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable, providing lovely nights sleep. The kitchen is small, but we mainly ate out, so it worked for us. Thank you for a prefect way to end our summer.

Vacation 2025

My husband & I had another wonderful vacation in Maine. The accommodations were perfect. Just a few steps from the beach with the best view.

The apartment is adorable. It is in a great location right across the street from the beach. The beds are very comfortable. It was spotless and it was so easy to check-in and check-out. Communication with the host was easy and he responded to all messages sent to him. I would definitely rent it again.

Rick, We are sorry there were issues during your stay. You are correct the unit doesn’t have ac as stated in the listing. All rooms do have ceiling fans and stand alone fans are provided. We checked all the windows and they seem to work fine. We wish you would have reached out during your stay and gave us the opportunity to help with these issues. We are always available to assist and make your stay satisfactory.

Check-in was simple, just had to put in the combination to the room and we were in. There were 2 parking spots. One was tight but the other had plenty of room and we used that spot the entire time. Although the space was a little tight for the 5 of us, it was very clean, updated and definitely fit our needs! The kitchen area was small, but we cooked full meals every night with no problems, and it is fully equipped for our cooking needs (saved a lot of ). The 2 bedrooms fit the space and gave us plenty of storage for everything we brought with us. Overall, the space gives everything a family needs and each corner was well thought out and we used every inch of it. We would definitely return without looking elsewhere! The location was perfect for the beach entrance and there is a small restaurant about 50 yards away. Even during peak season, this area was not overpopulated, and it was a perfect kind of quiet, yet we felt like we were always part of the vacation community.

Everything was great. Just have one suggestion. Need some kind of lock on the bathroom door. We had a child under 2 who liked to open the bathroom door….lolThe location was great, close to a lot of places especially the lobster pound, that was in walking distance. Beach was across the street, made it easy with young children. Definitely a great week.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was steps from the beach and a short walk to a wonderful lunch/dinner spot that we all enjoyed. The rental was exactly as described: clean, comfortable and equipped with the basics. The host was communicative and accommodating leading up to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Super clean and close to the beach. Justin gave us his number to reach out if we needed anything but honestly it was great and didn't need to! My family and I love Maine and we're so glad to make the trip.
