The property has good amount of space for a big family and hosts were amazing with communication. Location of the house was also convenient. However, the house was very dirty and TV in living room had some lines that weren’t interfering too much with the image but were annoyed to look at. Walls, Cabinets, utensils and the coffee maker were dirty, sticky and with stains. We found 2 roaches inside the property and what I think it was some rodent droppings inside one of the closets. Yuk!

Glad to have you stay at our place. Next time please mention to us anything you might have found wrong asap so we have an opportunity to resolve it. Our home is on a monthly schedule to be sprayed inside and outside. After a rain roaches do sometimes come out that sometimes will happen. Defiantly no rodent droppings. We asked you for a picture of what you found and was never provided one. I had the cleaning crew of through all our kitchen and they did find some utensils that were not new looking any longer so we replaced those. We did not find anything wrong with the TV when checked.

True Beauty

All guests canceled so house had solo quest . House was everything you could ask for and interior was beautiful. Enjoyed just being in the home. Very comfortable.

Last minute booking to attend family member funeral

My family and I had to find a place to accommodate 5 of us coming in from out of town after the unexpected passing of our uncle. This home met all our needs and then some. It’s beautifully remodeled and set up for busy folks like ourselves, two of which had to work during our stay. There was no shortage of room to set up with the additional bonus of power outlet towers all over the place so we didn’t have to maneuver around trying to find outlets for our devices. There were plenty of towels, a very well appointed kitchen, nice outdoor space, and easy instructions to follow to check in and out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend/stay again. Thank you for having us.

Pefect Home away from Home

This house was perfect for our family. There were enough beds and restrooms for a large group. We were all adults and no children, but there were so many things that will make this place a great place with kids. It's location is close to the mall and tons of restaurants. The drive way was big enough and designed conveniently to move 3 suvs in and out. The back yard is really spacious and is a great place to spend your time grilling and entertaining. My favorite is the kitchen...it was beautiful and very usable. Lots of space. We use to live in Brownsville, so it's so nice to have a place to stay when we return home. Also, it's way better than some of the hotels that are around in this area.

Excellent communication and accomodating. The owners have but a lot of effort into the remodel to make the home very nice for a vrbo. Check in was a little rough. The keybad did not work upon arrival. The owners had backup plans which allowed access into the home. The lock has since been fixed since our stay and should not be an issue future guest. The recliner does not recline all the way. The owers have been informed. The home rule of no shoes in the house is a little strick, but understandable giving the work that has gone into the property.

Visiting for a wedding

We drove in from San Antonio for a wedding. We loved the kitchen for snacktime and breakfast. The main bed is very comfortable. We all had plenty of room to get dressed. The water pressure in the shower is awesome. Now the cons. The window in the main bedroom was left unlocked and I had a tough time getting it to barely lock. Needs a new window for safety. The neighbors next-door played music until almost midnight and you could hear it clearly. They also mowed the grass our first night late 8/9 pm and so loud. Also, this house is the nicest house on the street. I was not prepared for that. It’s has been upgraded. Overall, we had a wonderful time. My daughters loved the bunk room and arcade.

Glad you enjoyed our home. Yes, we did remodel but let me assure you the neighborhood is very very safe. You can walk alone at night and will have no issues. The music you mentioned is strange because we have no neighbors on the back, left side neighbors are an elderly couple and right side neighbor is an elderly lady. Very very quiet. We will definitely take a look at the window. Hope to host you again soon.
