St. John stay

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. Very clean, good location, and excellent communication with management. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Place

We absolutely loved our stay in St. John on Chocolate Hole! The condo was clean, very spacious and the team was so responsive and amazing to work with! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again!!

The villa was great - well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. Location was close to beaches and town (about a 7 minute drive to Cruz Bay). Property team was communicative and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

Lovely time in a peaceful location

The property was brand new and very clean. It was a lovely accommodation that suited the needs of our extended family beautifully. We were happy to spend our brief vacation at a home close to town and well-appointed.

Remote Island Getaway

We couldn't have found a more perfect spot! This had everything we needed and Brandon made sure no details were left out.

The host team was a real asset; they made sure all things ran smoothly. The villa’s location is ideal and having direct access to Chocolate Hole gave us our own beach steps away. We made great use of the beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear and floats. While we didn’t do much cooking, you easily could. All bedrooms and bathrooms were good size, clean, and very comfortable. Size and layout were perfect for our girls trip and already planning another trip with family. Between the villa amenities and host team, we knew where everything was and could just focus on our plans for the days and evenings.

Host was welcoming and very available for any questions or concerns and kept in touch for updates of island issues when needed.The Villa was nicely furnished and clean. The kitchen was more than adequate for our meal preparations, but could have used a few more basic items (peeler, baking pan). The Cuisinart knives were outstanding and greatly appreciated as was the powerful blender.

exceeded all expectations

Everything about this stay was better than expected -the host was friendly and went above and beyond with local recommendations and assistance, the host was immaculately clean and well stocked, and the beach was just flawless. Would absolutely come back, with friends.

Fabulous Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casta Villa. The condo was beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were fabulous as well as the main living space. We loved paddle boarding right off the beach. There is wildlife everywhere, iguanas, DEER, hermit crabs and more. The location is perfect too! So many beautiful memories were made here. We Look forward to staying again.

St. John Villa Rental

Castaway Villa is a beautiful, new property. The rooms are spacious and everything is new. We found it hard to find as it is in a nondescript area and the entrance road is not marked. There is a beach area but the Villa is not on a beach front. Had beach equipment, an electric grill, outdoor seating, and resident iguanas right outside our door! Convenient location.

Holiday in Paradise

The house is located just a few yards from the beach. We could sit in the house or on the back porch and watch the water and the boats in Chocolate Hole Bay. It was great having a paddle board to take into the bay and watch the turtles swim by. The house is close to Cruz Bay and travelling to the North Shore beaches was no problem. The only drawback is the huge pit in the front of the house that was a safety concern. It needs to be filled in or fenced off,
