Located 6 miles from Shoal Creek, this guest house at Pleasant View Farm is your place for much needed R&R! This beautiful 36 acre property is private and secluded. We are located on a quiet and private country road in southern Wayne County, TN. During your stay you can enjoy the sounds and sights of the nearby creek and ponds. You can relax in the swings by the fire pit, sit outside on the screened in porch or gazebo. the kids will enjoy splashing around in the creek or fishing in the pond during warmer months. We also offer modern conveniences such as free Wi-Fi, Direct TV, and a Smart TV for your streaming apps.

Christmas Get away

We had an excellent experience. The property secluded and private. The Christmas decorations were awesome! Only complaint is we didn’t see any signs of fish in the pond, which disappointed our fishermen. Still an awesome trip. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great Getaway

We came up to visit family and were lucky enough to find this listing. The property is beautiful and so relaxing. We had a minor issue and the owners came to take care of it and were so kind. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

Beautiful and quiet

This beautiful location was very clean and well maintained; it is tucked out of the way in a very quiet area. I would recommend staying here and had no complaints.

Beautiful property and great place to get away!

We wanted to visit family nearby but also wanted to spend time with our son that is a UT student. It was a perfect place to relax, spend time together and be able to prepare meals. It really felt nice to be in a home and not a hotel! We hope to return in the summer.

Secluded Getaway

Joy’s property was great, we will definitely stay here again. The pictures & description do not give this place the justice it deserves. We enjoyed sitting on the gazebo and just listening to the frogs & the crickets all night. The bed was super comfy, the house was spotless & it had everything you would need to make you feel right at home.

Peaceful treasure

I’m so happy we rented Joy and Stephen’s property. The peacefulness and quietness of the are was nothing but amazing. Falling asleep and night to the sounds of wildlife instead of the busy city Streets of Southern New Hampshire was tranquil to say the least. The property and the water/wildlife we saw daily was surely breathtaking. I cannot wait to come back to this home.

Secluded and very quiet!

Nice property with everything you need. A great place to get off the grid and relax. Cell service non existent but with WiFi calling you aren’t out of touch.

A Restful Respite

What a wonderful little cottage! Quaint and well-appointed, homey, and so very comfortable. The grounds are impeccably maintained, with lots of room to roam and relax. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there and look forward to visiting again!
