Superhost - Paul's place, new listing. Great location with easy access to public transportation, highway and chain of lakes. Full kitchen, a queen bed and a living room area for R&R. Full bath with Shower included. Close to restaurants for dine-in or take-out. Aldi Grocery and The Wedge Coop are in easy walking distance for healthy and affordable eat-in.

Common area is hallway and stairs leading to apt unit upstairs from front door. Front porch is available as common space as well. Keyless entry makes self-check in easy.

We had a great stay overall at Paul's property. It was clean, comfortable and quiet - what matters most, so we definitely recommend it. Only small suggestions would be to clean up the front porch a bit to make it more comfortable as well. A good sweep and new furniture would go a long way! :-)

This was an ideal place to stay and explore Minneapolis! Clean, roomy, well-equipped and in a delightful neighborhood with shops and restaurants in all directions. The host went above and beyond to accommodate luggage storage so we could explore a few more hours.

Well-designed small one-bedroom apartment in a transitional neighborhood of big old houses, walking distance to Lake of the Isles, the Wedge Co-op, and good coffee/ restaurants. Convenient to buses, downtown, Minneapolis Institute of Art and the lakes. Sun-filled living room, quiet at night. Only slight hitch was that we hadn't yet received check-in info the day before we were leaving, but the host responded with what we needed within a couple hours of my query, and cheerfully helped me figure things out when I was confused.

Great place, great location. Easy access and great instructions. Clean. Bed could be a bit more comfortable but it does the job. Will stay here again!

Paul was great with communication. We needed to contact him on several occasions and he was always very responsive. The apartment is very nice; good location, good size. When we checked in there were three long dark hairs in the bathtub which made us wonder how well the rest of the apartment had been cleaned and the bathroom floor needed sweeping. We would have appreciated a rubber mat in the tub to keep us old folks for falling. The last thing is that the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side so we had to pull it out and rotate it 90 degrees to have good access to both sides of the bed.
