Quiet neighborhood not far off the highway. 15-20 minute ride to downtown. AC worked GREAT in the house. Plenty of street parking available and nice private backyard if you need fresh air.

This is the perfect place to lay your head after a busy day at state tournaments in Mpls. It's small, but the family room easily accommodated 5 people for a family visit. The WiFi is not great, but we weren't there for that.We will stay again.

The property is not as described. There was a dingy smoky smell as soon as you opened the door with cigarette butts at the backdoor. I was given 2 different codes for entry. There were bugs in the bathroom, no smoke detectors visible, no products for dishes and no clean towels The dryer did not work and had wet towels in it I had to purchase the items that were supposed to be provided. I reached out to the owner right away and was told that he would refund my entire amount paid. He is giving me the run around about the refund and not honoring his word. Be aware. Rent at your own risk

The property was clean and the host communicated well, and nice off street parking in the alley. But the place is lacking some basics. There's no table or chairs to eat at; had to eat and drink in the living room. Tenous extension cords crossing by the bed and across the kitchen air conditioner. Had to unplug the microwave to move extension cord to the tea kettle. No tea or coffee provided. So just okay for a place to sleep.

The house was warm and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice neighborhood with parking off the alley and street parking. Location worked for us as we were visiting family a few miles away. The host, Jonathan, was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider staying there next time we are in Minneapolis and need a place to stay. .

Very clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood. No issues at all. Perfect for 2 people. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in Minneapolis once more.

Perfect location

Perfect little place for us to stay for a softball tournament. Even though I wasn’t aware that the washing machine wasn’t working til I reached out to my contact, they did offer to pay for me to take the clothes to the laundromat. Overall great little place. Will keep in mind again if we are in the area!

This home is in the perfect location to “do” Minneapolis. A lovely old neighborhood close to highway access. It was pristinely clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive and nice. Thanks!

Home is very cozy. Great location. When we arrived a carbon monoxide detector was beeping. We messaged host and he was there with 15 min to change out the batteries.

Host had great communication. Home was perfect for what we needed. Only complaints were a few picky things.. there were a few minor things that weren’t super clean, few dishes, few pieces of garbage left behind. Super minor. Also personally we’re not a fan of the bed and especially pillows being hard foam, but I know you can’t expect a perfect bed everywhere. Also didn’t love that the furnace was exposed, and the bedrooms really didn’t heat up at all if doors were closed.

The host was slow to respond except when it was an emergency. He changed to code to enter the home on us and didn't send it to us so we got locked out the first day. The house had at least two water leaks that weren't addressed so water in the kitchen went everywhere. After that it was very clean.

This is a cozy and charming house in a quiet neighborhood. We live two towns over and rented it to decompress after long travel. It is clean, the beds and couch are comfortable. We had a couple of friends stop by to welcome us back and there was enough seating for everyone. The house is located near the Victory Memorial parkway - miles of beautiful walking and about a minute from 2 highways. The host is unbelievably understanding and kind. I made an error and he worked with me to resolve. He was also very responsive when I had questions. If you pass up this gem, you are missing out.
