The building is currently undergoing spalling repairs and full exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) is expected to be restricted from approximately late October 2026 through March 2027. These dates are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen delays.
Please Note:
• The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe. (Questions? Feel free to reach out)
• The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that timeframe.
• Exterior balcony furniture will be removed during the affected work period.
• Noise related to the project may occur during work hours.
• The schedule may change due to weather or other unforeseen delays.

-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)
Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.
CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Everything was in good condition. Clean, enough room for four people. A lot of appliances to cook if you’re staying for a period of time. Easy access to get into condo. Would stay again

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay with amazing views
The condo is in a great location with a lot of amenities near by. The store in the lobby was super convenient . A very lovely stay!

Perfect family condo stay
Beautiful condo right by the beach, shopping and restaurants. Condo was spotless, beds comfy, very nicely renovated. Would stay again! We stayed with 2 small kids and it was great. Thank you!

fantastic place with a lovely view
The apartment is clean, well equipped, and has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Nice beach access close by. We had a lovely stay and would like to return the next time we're on the Island.

Lovely Stay
Very nice property in a busy tourist city. Beautiful lobby with restaurants, coffee shop, market. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was as advertised…clean, nice view.

Birthday week in Oahu
This condo was better than expected. Beautiful, clean, spacious and great views of the beach. The building itself was conveniently located walking distance to beach, multiple restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this condo!

You’re just steps from the lagoon and easy access to great surf spots, plus a quick walk to Ala Moana Mall and multiple grocery stores, which made everything super convenient.The kitchen was a standout—very well stocked and thoughtfully set up. As someone who actually cooks, I appreciated having proper equipment and space to work with, not just the usual barebones setup.Overall, a fantastic spot that delivers on comfort, convenience, and quality. Great location with amazing ocean, lagoon and pool view! The apartment was cleaned and with all amenities to a very comfortable stay. The building although busy was clean, quiet, and with many options such as ice cream, coffee place or restaurants at the lobby or nearby. Community was very good as well. Would love to return.
