Great seven night stay. Overall great except the blinds were a bit tricky to open. We loved our stay here

All was good and affordable...parking at the ilikai marina garage is a joke. Besides the second time they have screwed me out of money because their scanners stopped working and its impossible to get any money back. It shouldn't cost more to park the rental car than it costs to rent the car. Otherwise I will highly recommend the Ilikai to all my friends and family.

Great condo great view

Perfect for our stay. Try the Harbor Pub a short walk away. Smells a bit like an old boat but the food & prices are great!

Our Hawaii Vacation

The views are exceptional. Nice lania with table chairs and lounge. All items needed for our stay. Great location, convenient to many restaurants, stores and the beach. Two beach chairs were furnished. The refrigerator is leaking water onto the top shelf and needs some attention. Also the faucets in the bathroom and kitchen need adjustments.

This is our favorite room to stay at the Ilikai! We love the location, tall chairs on the lanai and the marina and sunset views! The furniture is older, but not uncomfortable. Could use a few more hangers, but we did stay for a month, so had more clothes than maybe a short term stay. Bed is comfortable. Our only issue was cleanliness and lack of items to clean. We would gladly clean- and always do- since we are there a month. We arrived to a lanai full of dried bird poop under the reclining chair. We tried our best to clean it up, but had to end up using the mop and dish detergent we had purchased. Property management said they had checked the area the nite before we arrived, so brought an owl (didn't help) and placed "spikes" on the railing (also not a great deterrent.) Also, the shower caulk is moldy and started to spread up the walls within a few days of using it. We were informed it would cost us 170 to have a 2nd cleaning, they do not supply cleaning agents, as some owners do. They only supply a few "magic wipes" that did not clean it up. Also saw cockroaches in the bathroom the last day (they have a "bug zapper" of some kind plugged in the BR, so we figured it was a problem.) We noticed none of these issues in our last stay. Host was very responsive to our messages.

This unit has a beautiful view of the marina and the beach. However the furniture are not safe to use. They are falling apart. The sofa bed is very dirty and uncomfortable. It needs new set of in door furniture and outdoor seating chairs. Nobody returned my call when I notified them regarding the broken items in this unit to replace them.

Great condo with amazing view

Great property. Nice and clean and well stocked. Views from lanai were amazing. Close to everything you would ever need for a fantastic vacation! We would definitely stay here again

It was a good bang for your buck. The hotel was walking distance to many attractions and the view was beautiful.

Great location. Lovely condo. Very well equipped. Highly recommend.

The condo was lovely and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfortable, along with the sofa and chair. The pub style lanai furniture was nice - you could easily look out from the lanai without any railing obstructions. The 2 beach chairs available made sunning on the beach very comfortable - much better than the bamboo mats normally used. Overlooking the marina was great. It was much cooler in the afternoon as compared to the lagoon side of the Ilikai. There was always a lot of activity in the marina, from kayakers and sailing dingys, to larger sailboats and tourist vessels. We also enjoyed watching commercial and military ship traffic into the harbours. We also enjoyed watching the aircrafts coming and going from Honolulu airport. We definitely recommend bringing binoculars on your trip. The Ilikai is in a quieter area as opposed to central Waikiki and much closer to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre. Having a Food Pantry just 2 blocks down Hobron Street was convenient although a little pricier than Foodland or Walmart. Overall we had a great holiday and stay in Room 1737. We would definitely book this room again next time we return to Waikiki. We had 2 of daughters and family staying in other areas of the Ilikai and all said that our condo (1737) was much nicer than theirs. We would highly recommed the Ilikai and especially condo 1737.

Beautiful condo and hotel! We would definitely stay here again!

We celebrated our 25 year anniversary here at the Ilikai in unit 1737 the week of November 12-19 and we weren't disappointed. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. The view from the lanai of the condo is amazing! We enjoyed coffee, meals, and drinks on the lanai. It was my favorite place to be as it was so warm and so fun to watch the marina, the sunsets, and the ocean. The king size bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was great and the kitchen was very nice and had everything you might need during your stay here. There was a beach bag that came in handy, beach towels, and more. We loved Cinnamons restaurant and the outside seating part of it. Really good food and drinks! There was live music on the Sunday evening of our arrival and then live music and hula dancers on the Friday evening of our stay followed by a free fireworks display from the Hilton next door. I could go on and on but this review would be way too long. Mahalo Ilikai and Unit 1737 for a wonderful vacation!

Clean and Fresh

Condo was the nicest I have stayed in, in Honolulu. The decor seemed to be fairly recent, and very clean. We really appreciated the efficient air-conditioning which cooled the entire condo uniformly; unlike the window units in many condos. We WILL be back
