Welcome to a three-bedroom, three-bath condo that sleeps thirteen, perfectly located within walking distance of the Chile Express ski lift. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying the beautiful mountain views, this condo offers the ideal base for your adventure. The first level features convenient access to the garage and a stacked washer/dryer. A bedroom on this floor is great for groups, with twin/full and twin/twin bunk beds, plus a half-bath and a separate shower. On the second level, the cozy living area invites you to unwind with a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air. The dining area comfortably seats six, with four additional spots at the kitchen counter. The fully-equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, including a dishwasher, perfect for preparing meals after a day outdoors. A full bath with a shower/tub combo is also located on this level.
The third level features a mezzanine loft with a queen bed, offering a private and peaceful retreat. On the fourth level, the spacious bedroom includes both a king bed and a queen bed, along with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo, making it the perfect space for relaxation.
Please note that the condo's balcony is currently unusable and has been blocked off. The HOA management company is actively working with engineers to resolve the issue, but the condo remains available for rent.
This condo is one of six units within The Lifts condo complex, all represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals. These units are within walking distance of each other and the ski area, making it an ideal choice for groups or families seeking easy access to the slopes.

GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Lift A2 is about a 4 minute walk downhill to the Ski Lodge. To the Country Club is about 2.7 Miles away (7 Minute Drive).
PARKING: Outside Parking Lot in the Front.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash from homes must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. Dumpsters are available at condos but may be full at peak periods. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Dogs are ONLY allowed in designated dog-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
