This is a cheerful clutter free well appointed cottage with a 6 ft privacy fence, and a nice enclosed yard with a gas gril. So relax and enjoy your home away from home. It is surrounded by green space and there is space available for RV's and boat.
It is located 10 minutes from down Fairhope and boat launch to Mobile Bay, Fish River, and Magnolia River is 5 minutes away.

Great Location and House

The house was located in a great spot. We were visiting family in the Fairhope area and had a great experience. The property owner was very communicative and was happy to help with any requests. Great house!

Fairhope 100th birthday trip for my mother.

Pleasantly surprised at Lob Lolly A. Very clean and Mary Louise was a wonderful host and accommodating. Comfortable surroundings, great location and our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard.

Great location and perfect home for our group

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Perfect spot with the fenced backyard for a five year old and dog to run around. I would definitely stay here again.
