Beachfront 2BR/3BA condo on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama with stunning Gulf and lagoon-pool views. Sleeps 8 with King suite, Queen suite, bunk area, and sleeper sofa in living room. Enjoy indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, onsite dining, and reserved parking.

Guest registration fee $100 at check-in. No pets.

Everything was exactly as pictured. The location to the beach was perfect and the pools were great. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to a small issue we had. We checked in late, after business hours, but the security guard had all of our passes and we were able to check in with ease. Overall a great experience.

The sliding glass door would not latch. The ceiling fan in the bedroom with the queen size bed was obnoxiously loud and had to be turned off at night so my kids could sleep (I could hear it from the master bedroom). The bed in the master bedroom was extremely squeaky and noisy anytime you moved, which was really annoying when I had my 3 month old next to us in his bassinet. This condo was advertised to have parking, but my F350 would not fit, so I was advised to park in a “pay to park” lot that was not responsible for any damages etc. This resort does not offer any other parking off sight. Every night I had to drop my family off at the resort after dinner and then drive approximately a mile away and walk back to the resort. The elevators are extremely slow, which make for a huge inconvenience when traveling with kids. Every day we had to separate and go down on different elevators due to heavy traffic. Stairs are not an option when you are on the 17th floor with a beach wagon etc. Upon check out the resort had no luggage carts to offer. This was the first VRBO I have ever had any issues with, and I would highly recommend staying away from this rental. Due to the parking issues, my truck ended up being towed. My wife, three kids (12.10, 3 months), and I walked 1.6 miles and paid 200 to get it out of the tow yard. We brought this up to the host and he could care less. Horrible experience to say the least.

The condo exhibited several cleanliness and maintenance issues, including stains on the couch, mold present on both the shower curtains and ceiling, a ripped shower curtain, unpleasant odors emanating from the sink, a noticeable dip in one of the beds, and holes in the bottom of the bunk bed mattress. There were needles on the ground of the parking garage.

Overall it was a good experience though there were a few items which detracted from the experience. The condo could really use a thorough cleaning - especially the floors. The parking lot is not something I would want to experience again either.

Amazing

Loved this vacation, me and my friends had been planning to coming to FL once we all got above 21. This was one of the few that was 21 to book, the condo was beautiful and the resort was amazing. Nicholas was an awesome host. This is a memory and experience I would recommend to everyone.

Not the best I’ve stayed at, definitely not the worst

Seems a little outdated. Could maybe use a good deep clean. My grandsons feet were black after only 10 minutes there. (He’s 15 months). A good cleaning and some fresh furniture would help. Had some beach chairs and toys available which was nice. No spatula to flip pancakes. Second bedroom bed was very comfortable to me. Son and daughter in law said master was not. Great location right next to pineapple Willy’s. Overall, great vacation. Just was quick to reply to any messages.

Perfect getaway

The property was just as described. Communication with owner was great. Very clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was like the pictures, wasn’t anything fancy but we knew that and was okay with that! It fit us well and accommodate us great. The property itself is a nightmare. The parking garage is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced especially for a larger truck like ours. The elevators makes you want to stay elsewhere. It was a decent experience at this resort but definitely goes on our list of not staying there again.

Amazing view, perfect cleanliness, everything was great! The only three things we complained about was 1: pool closing at 10 2: the parking garage going all the way up to the 10th floor and back down was horrible lol 3: waiting for elevators when we got there and when we checked out was bad and took forever lol.

Good.

The floor was dirty like it had not been mopped in weeks, my 1 year olds legs was completely black with only being put down for about 15 to 20 mins to unpack. There was 2 vape pins found under the master bed. The king bed slept horrible like a thin sheet on a piece of plywood. Other than that it was stayable. The pool is a little strict with their rules but once you got to know the staff it wasn't that bad.
