There is a large Smart flat screen TV, perfect for movie nights, and ample seating for all of your guests including a sleeper sofa and a standard size sofa. The Master bedroom features a King bed, with a large flat screen TV, a NEW ceiling fan and your own en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/ tub combination and a large vanity area. The Bunk Room has 2 twin beds and a door for privacy. It even has its own flat screen TV, so it is perfect for kids or adults. It also has its own FULL bathroom attached and this is where you will also find the full size, new front loading Washer and Dryer. There is a Queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living area as well.

The condo is equipped with a UV air purifier integrated into the AC system, helping to eliminate allergens, dust, and germs while improving overall air quality.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: From Sept 2024 to March 2027, the resort will undergo exterior updates (Walkways, balconies and windows). Noise levels may vary depending on timing and location. This condo will not be worked on directly for dates available to book.

We offer 4-night rentals Late May - Early August, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season,
please submit an inquiry.

We offer 5-night rentals Early March - Late April , with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.

The renter must be at least 21, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.

Shores of Panama charges a separate resort fee not included in the total cost. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax $81.00.
