Great place to stay, needs a few minor tweaks

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The location is perfect, check in easy. Love the layout and stocked kitchen, excellent hot water and everything was clean.Suggestions: We brought our breakfast food with us but disappointed to have a Keurig and no pods. I had to make another trip to the grocery store just for coffee which was annoying. --King bed: Mattress was okay. The comforter isn't cotton and not breathable. It was like a furnace wrapped up, and freezing unwrapped. There was only a paper thin sheet, and the furnace comforter.No quilts or blankets anywhere which was frustrating. Our girls were cold and my son slept on the couch with a thin sheet, no blankets. Please add some blankets/quilts inside the property for future guest.--Master bedroom: At night there needs to be a black out shade. It's very bright outside with street lighting which keeps the room lit. A dark room will be more comfortable.Other than the lack of blankets, paper thin bedding sheets, and bright room everything else was more than acceptable.
