***FREE PROFESSIONAL BEACH SERVICE FOR 2 CHAIRS AND 1 UMBRELLA IN SEASON MARCH 1 - OCTOBER 31). We have added a specialized, super comfortable sleeper sofa (Natuzzi Leather with Luxury Mattress) in a very unique arrangement that allows use of this 3rd sleeping area without disturbing the rest of the guest group that might want use of the living room while others go to sleep. We would be happy to talk to you by phone to explain further. Basically, we are utilizing a room adjacent to our large kitchen, as a media room with the sleeper sofa, which can actually be left in the open position your entire stay if desired, without interrupting the rest of the guests.
This is an incredibly nice and spacious direct gulf front condo, with rich wood and travertine tile throughout - no carpet. Granite countertops. 10 foot ceilings, crown mouldings, amenities galore, and gated.

Perfect for what we needed, right on the beach w/easy access for those w/mobility issues. Beach service & covered parking included were game changers! Plenty of room & felt welcomed, would definitely rent from Elizabeth & Tony again!

We had a wonderful time during our vacation last week, largely due to our amazing hosts Tony and Elizabeth Hobbs and their beautiful condo. We were given the VIP treatment upon arrival, with a personal tour and delicious treats. When we had questions, they were very responsive to our texts and followed up to make our visit was perfect. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.

Tony was great and the property was fantastic.

Paradise

This place it to die for! Between the location, amenities, and the actual condo, we were in heaven! So much so I am planning to bring my entire staff down next year and stay. Book this. You will NOT regret it.

Wonderful condo!!! Wonderful hosts!! GREAT location.

The unit was emaculate! Tony and Elizabeth are great hosts! We were surprised by a Key Lime Pie , shrimp, and yummy nuts that the Hobb’s had provided for us!! We had a personal tour of the condo by Tony who answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for a really nice place to stay , close to The Jellyfish, Lillian’s Pizza, and other restaurants, Indigo is the best option.

Wonderful vacation. Condo was exactly as described. Check in was a breeze. The owner even met us and helped us unpack. So many great things about our stay , too many to mention. But here are a few 1.) owner was excellent to communicate with. 2.) kitchen fully stocked. Lots of plates,silverware, etc. 3.) All bedding is laundered including the coverlets. 4.) view from patio was amazing 5.) large tvs in each sleeping area, 6.) everything was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. 7.) semi private elevator takes you right to your room. 8) Pool is huge 9.) hot-tub is fantastic 10.) beach is clean , clear water and literally just steps away. I could go on. I highly recommend this condo and this owner. We are already talking about next year.

One of the best condos we have ever been to. Very clean & the decor was awesome. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. The owner / host couldn’t have been more accommodating; met us at check in and personally showed us all of the nice features of the condo. He even checked with us mid week to see if we needed anything & making sure we were satisfied. Located very close to excellent restaurants, seafood market & grocery stores. We will definitely come back and look forward to returning to this condo in the future.

Absolutely Amazing

From the start, Tony and Elizabeth were amazing. The details of the property were on point. Tony and Elizabeth treated us like royalty. Tony met us at the garage, he walked us up to the condo. He made sure to let us know to contact them with any questions or concerns. This was my first stay with VRBO, and I was very pleased. I've already booked a week next year. If you want the best hosts, Tony and Elizabeth Hobbs are it. Thank you, Tony and Elizabeth!!!

Amazing stay!

The Hobbs were amazing hosts! We couldn’t have asked for any better a they went above and beyond for us. They answered all our questions and did everything possible to make this a memorable stay. The property was amazing, clean and very well cared for. We will absolutely be staying here again and will absolutely recommend the Hobbs family to our family and friends!

Amazing Vacation

What a great week. Condo was exactly as pictured, very spacious, clean, comfortable, the pool and property was beautiful. Loved the private room entrance. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this rental!

Great property, great owners and clean spacious unit

We love perdido key and the indigo property! The Hobbs are great to work with. They were very responsive, very easy to work with and very generous. The unit,1204, was very clean and very well equipped. We will definitely try to come back to this unit. Thank you for a great vacation.

Tony is absolutely the best.

Our condo was clean, furnished with everything one could want, decor and furniture were top notch and beds were comfy. Next I go back to Perdido Key you can bet I will reach out to Tony!!!

We live nearby on a small farm in Lillian, Alabama - just 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key and we now own four Indigo 2 br condos. We started handling our own condo rentals in 2011, sort of by happenstance. We dropped by one of our condo rentals and discovered that it was not anywhere close to being as clean as our standards would require. We rolled up our sleeves and spent the next 4 hours double teaming the cleaning ourselves. When our guests arrived, they were astounded to find such a clean condo and that made us feel very proud and we were happy to know we had pleased our incoming guests. From there, the rest is history as they say. For more than 14 years now, we have personally handled all bookings, check-ins, housekeeper coordination, cleaning inspections, deep cleans, etc., and we have made many great friends and enjoy a repeat business level of more than 80%. If you want to develop a quality relationship with an actual owner/operator of an Indigo condo - you should give us a try. We promise you won't be disappointed. We are conscientious to a fault. We are overly concerned that our guests are happy and content. We are still building our reviews on our Indigo 1104E, 1204E and 1804E condos, but you can read our 100+ 5-Star reviews for our 1904E condo at www.VRBO.com/365881

This property is cleaner than clean, and is luxuriously appointed. Leather sofas, luxury mattresses, extremely high quality furnishings throughout. A very large and well-stocked kitchen, travertine and real wood flooring. A beautiful long wooden dining table that seats 6 for many memorable meals. The lap of luxury, but at an affordable price.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Having a separate room for our queen size sleeper sofa (with ultra luxury mattress) is what makes this 2 br condo seem almost like a 3 br. While we are still promoting this condo as only for 6 guests, the fact that the sleeper sofa is not in the main living area is a huge benefit to guests who are not wanting to disrupt the living area for the purpose of sleeper sofa use. We realize that sometimes a portion of the group would like to continue conversing in the family room, yet the children or others may be ready for bed. This special use of space allows that. We have gotten such positive feedback on this sleeper sofa and its arrangement, we are now ordering one for our one of our other 2 br condos that we own at Indigo. We now have a total of 4 condos (2 br size) for our guests to choose from.
