We had a great time at this rental! The condo was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication was clear with easy instructions for check-in and check-out. The view of the gulf is spectacular! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Perdido Key at the end of May! Really enjoyed the view from the balcony. I think we ate every meal on the the balcony except for when if was raining. Easy access to the beach and it wasn't over crowded. We liked having Lillian's Pizza right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo with excellent view, immaculately clean and easily accessible. Twin bed mattresses were pretty hard and a bit uncomfortable, other beds were good. Loved the coffee maker that made a pot or a cup, kitchen well stocked. Overall a spacious Condo great for a family vacation!

My husband and I stayed in the condo for 5 nights beginning April 6, 2026. The condo was very clean, spacious, and it was equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the balcony too.

Great condo. Unit was clean and the host communicates very well with you. I like how you get your parking passes and condo information ahead of the stay. Made for very smooth entry. First host I have had do that. Love the view from the 12th floor. Balcony is huge and great to hang out on. We will definitely rent this unit again when back at Windemere. Highly recommend this unit and host!!!

Very happy with this unit as we have stayed in many units in Windemere over the years. Very clean. Lots of bath towels provided. Has everything you need. Best part is getting 2 covered parking spots which is hard to come by with units these days and you can’t beat the price for the first week of June in Windemere for a 3 bed/3 bath. Can’t beat the view on the 12th floor! Some minor things could be updated like the older wooden patio table and chairs, the shower liner, and the ice maker didn’t work well but we were very comfortable and recommend.

We had a great vacation! This condo provides amazing views from the main bedroom, living room, and balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had plenty of space to spread out and hang together. Highly recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

This property was amazing. From the day of our reservation until the day we checked in, Chuck communicated with us. The property was clean, updated, and furnished with everything we needed. There are endless restaurants close by. I would highly recommend Chuck as a host. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Girls get away

The property was great! It was very clean and we loved the lined curtains in the bedrooms which made the rooms dark for sleeping. Also Chuck addressed a problem right away and came promptly to repair it. The beds are comfy too.

A relaxing stay

Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids under age 10 enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone to relax together. The view from the 12th floor was beautiful and the balcony was a nice size. It was a quick ride down to the pool or beach. Our host was quick to respond to our questions when we had trouble connecting to the wifi. Overall it was a great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
