The house and everything was well-equipped and in good shape. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others for stays in the area. It was too cold for the pool, but it seemed like it would be great in the summer. The hot tub was great on the chilly nights we were there.

Our stay was great! We loved the house and all of its amenities! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks from the host. The location is great too! We would definitely go back :)

We were pleased with the property. Loved the setting in the woods, plus a large heated pool. The house seemed to have many extras. We highly recommend staying at this house.

This property was so nice, pet friendly and so relaxing. Will definitely come back. Did not need anything, zip lock and spices. Wonderful suprise, all your cooking equipment too.

The pool was awesome. Our grandkids loved it. It was hard to get them out. The kitchen was also top notch. We made dinner at the house every night and ate outside on the deck. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs.

Perfect start to a summer, Michigan-style!

Our extended family (grandparents and two families with kids 12, 8, 8, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to lovely beaches (some bikeable, others a short drive) and restaurants/market. The house is quite well appointed and the pool, hot tub, fire pit made relaxing a top priority. Thank you for the opportunity to visit!

Fabulous time

We rent a lot of VRBO properties and only a few times were really sad to leave. This was one of them. We felt at home here. Mary is an amazing owner who has thought of everything and is incredible to work with. Can’t wait to go back. Great location. We brought our EBikes and biked all over. Yet we did not have to deal with neighbors right next door. Just loved this house and our stay. Thank you Mary

Family getaway

This property was everything that it was advertised to be. The main rooms were open. The kitchen was well equipped and we did a lot of cooking. The bedrooms facing the pool had sliding doors. The pool was clean and well equipped with toys and lounges. The host provided ingredients for s'mores. They also had beach chairs/umbrellas. Overall a great property. We're looking forward to coming back next year.

Beautiful House

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! It was the perfect house because it had the best of both worlds... Felt private being surrounded by woods, but it was also super close to EVERYTHING (beaches, restaurants, golfing, dunes, etc)! We really enjoyed the game room, the hot tub, sitting out on the deck in the morning, and the open kitchen. The bunk beds and two master suites would definitely accommodate larger families. The house was spacious, clean, and updated with nice features. We stayed in February, so it was too cold for the pool, but it looked gorgeous and brand new. It would be perfect for the summer! Not to mention, Mary was wonderful. She responded to our questions and needs. My family and I will definitely be back and are looking forward to our next stay.

Great Escape!

Inside: The house has new finishes and is VERY clean. The layout and the room configurations make it perfect for multi-generational families (2 masters and a bunk room) or more than one family. The house is also fully stocked and there are so many nice rental touches - a game room for the kids, s’mores kit, beach chairs and cooler, etc. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch. Outside: The property is amazing! It is set back down a tree lined driveway with a large front yard. Our kids enjoyed playing sports and looking for turtles by day and fireflies at night. The back of the property is also large and is surrounded by a nature preserve, so you often see deer walking through. There is lots of privacy and room to explore back there… not to mention the brand new pool, hot tub and fire pit! Mary was so easy to work with, very responsive and kind. We will be back!

Great Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation at Warren Woods. We were 2 families – each with 2 kids, and grandma and grandpa came too. The house worked out perfectly for us with plenty of room for everyone. The house is spacious, modern and meticulously clean. Everything is updated and has a bright, welcoming feeling. We did some cooking and BBQing and found everything we needed. The kitchen is very well-stocked. Having 2 primary bedrooms with their own bathrooms was really nice, and the kids had a blast in the bunk room. We used all the amenities while we were there. We made s’mores in the fire pit, and the kids and the dads loved the game room. The adults really enjoyed having drinks on the screened-in porch and in the hot tub after the kids were asleep. Loads of outdoor space for the kids to play, and families to go hiking. We were luckier than expected with the weather and spent time at the beach. The beach is just a couple of minutes away and wasn’t crowded. The kids loved playing in the sand and everyone spent time in the water. We had a couple of questions for Mary while we were there and got responses from her quickly. We had such an awesome time and would love to go back.

Everything was amazing. Our grandkids loved the game room and pool. Location is great and house was extremely clean. This is our second year staying there.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. Great outdoor area to relax or swim or sit around the firepit and make s’mores. This was my family’s 5 year of coming to the New Buffalo area and this is by far the best house we have stayed in. We are going back next year because it’s that good. Also check out Cherry beach. It’s a 5 minute drive and you won’t be disappointed.

The retreat was outstanding! It was just as described in VRBO. We had one question for our host and they replied very promptly ! They even had the “fixen’s” for s’mores!! Great place and I’d rent it again!!

The host, Mary, was great and always responded quickly! The house was perfect for our needs just to sit by the pool and relax while the kids enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend!
