Beautiful vacation home with a pool and hot tub located 2 blocks from a PRIVATE association beach in Union Pier. Main house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Detached guest house has 3 beds and 1 bath. Enjoy the outdoors with a completely fenced in large yard, a private screened in pool house/outdoor game room, fire pit and bench swing. Pool has electric cover which is a great safety feature with young children. Home rents weekly only (fri-fri) from July through mid August. Guest house closed for the winter. Max 8 guests in winter.

Wonderful family vacation house

We had a wonderful week at this fantastic home. Was perfect for a family vacation with kid. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and there were plenty of toys, games and kids gear for everyone. Check in and check out was very smooth as well. Can't wait to go back!

House was beautiful and everything we needed for beach and pool was provided. Host communicated well and we felt welcome. Great property, fabulous pool and hot tub and gorgeous beach! A wonderful stay!! We plan to return!!!

We had an amazing stay at Joe's place in Union Pier!It's a lovely place and the setup was perfect for our families! Everyone loved the large deck, hot tub, pool, and short walk to the private beach! The pool had an easy to use electric cover along with gates that could be secured for safety, and plenty of pool toys for fun. Lots of trees and greenery made the space feel nice and private. The walk to the private beach was easy, especially with the wagon and beach chairs that were available to use, and you couldn't beat those sunsets!4 bedrooms in the house with 2 full bathrooms, large table for family meals and games, play space for the kids worked perfectly with one of the 3 families taking the guest house that also had it's own bathroom. Would definitly recommend Joe's place and stay here again!Thanks for the memories!Kyle

Lake Life

It’s an attitude. A throw back simpler times. Enjoy a dip in the pool a soak in the hot tub followed by short walk to the beach and a swim in the lake. Lot of games toys to fill the evening. Forget your troubles and enjoy Lake Life

Dave and Family 9/11/21 thru 9/18/21

The property is very clean on the inside and quant on the outside. The kids and adults enjoyed a large selection of toys and games. The star of the property is the pool where spent many hours playing. The property is fairly large with a nice selection of perennials. The coach house was very clean and a quiet sanctuary. Everyone enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Wow the beach is nice. It was a winner of a vacation. Dave and Family 9/18/21

Very nice pool house in great location

Fantastic 30 x 20 pool perfect size for up to 10 people. Electric pool cover was easy to use and nice hot tub over looking the pool was utilized every night. Outside pool house was added space for relaxing. Huge yard is perfect for kids that want to run. Location is excellent in a quieter neighborhood and a short 10 minute walk (tops) to the beach. House is of older vintage so while rooms were decent size bathrooms and kitchen are a little smaller than newer homes. Nice sized dining room fit our group easily for sit down dinners. Loved the video game console and kids board games/toys. Only challenges were the kitchen sink had an older/weaker disposal than we were used to so would recommend not using it, and recycle bins were almost full before we got there and not emptied while we were there (possibly reduced service due to COVID). Owner was helpful and responsive and house had everything we needed. We were in the pool within minutes of arriving and enjoyed our stay very much!

FAMILY VACATION

This property is great for a family vacation. The pool and out door spaces were wonderful. There was enough sun/shade around the pool to please everyone. The walk to the beach and the 45 steps to the sand were easy to do even with some knee issues. The guest house was a great escape for the grandparents!

Great week getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, pool house, and hot tub. The beach was nice but a bit of a hike to bring chairs, etc. so we didn’t go but a couple of times. The house was spacious and guest house was a nice plus for another family. The bathrooms were a bit small but other than that we had a great week!

Great beach stay!

This place is great for families!! The pool was very warm (it was May) which the kids loved. Lots of toys too to keep the. busy. The beach is a short stroll and all you need for a day at the beach is provided. The beach is quiet and beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Private, relaxing stay

Joe's house is a perfect base to explore Union Pier. We spent lots of time at the house, preparing meals in the kitchen and eating on the deck, swimming in the pool, and playing with the toys inside. Our kids (ages 6 and 4) were in heaven the whole nine days. The house has fun board games plus pool toys and floats. The walk to the beach is fast. I think the highlight was the privacy of the back yard. The whole experience was super relaxing! Thanks, Joe. We hope to be back.

Perfect Vacation Home

This house was perfect. Had plenty of room, and all necessities for a wonderful family vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. Abundance of pool toys, bicycles, beach chairs, etc. Joe, the owner, was very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. It's definitely a 5 star property. Cute cottage near the beach!

We vacationed in Union Pier at this cute cottage with our 8 adults and 6 grandchildren over the week of July 4th. Three of our children were infants and we found the house to be incredibly soundproof. The house has a great layout with 2 bedrooms on either side sharing a bathroom. We used the guest house too and it was great as well! The pool is awesome and they have lots of pool toys and floats. It has an automatic cover so it made us feel safe with the young kids. The yard is huge and kids enjoyed playing baseball and soccer and we had fires in the fire pit complete with s’mores. The short walk to the beach is easy and they have a wagon to take toys and chairs there. The house has so many nice toys and games for the kids. Joe was so nice and easy to work with setting up the reservation. For a large group, we found this house to be very accommodating!
