When you see our brilliant Arizona sunsets, you’ll know why we call our property Sangria Skies. This popular vacation condo is recently remodeled and under local ownership. We invite you to experience our Scottsdale Warm Welcome. The Anasazi Village Condos are perfectly located right on the Scottsdale-Phoenix border, adjacent to Stonecreek Golf Club (but beyond the reach of terrible golf shots!) and just steps from greenbelt walking paths that locals treasure. Perfect for a winter escape, romantic retreat for two, a memorable family vacation with little ones, or a quiet getaway.
Sangria Skies is a second-floor unit, with easy elevator access. Everything is shiny and new in this remodeled unit - bright, white kitchen with full-sized appliances, coffee station (because ... coffee!), fold-out sofa if you need it, spacious, comfy living area with crystal-clear, large-screen TV, private bedroom with queen bed and a second large-screen TV and walk-in closet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with grab bars and the most amazing LED mirror you've every seen. Private, furnished balcony overlooks a manicured lawn and one of 5 pools (4 are heated)!
Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and bars, yet away from the street noise, as we are located in the heart of the complex. Less than 10-minute drive to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter shopping and more great restaurants then you’ll have time to try. Scottsdale is known as a golfer’s paradise so if golf is your game, you’re in the right place! We're also close to walking paths and desert hiking trails.

After staying in vacation rentals all over the world, we are thrilled to welcome you to the place we call home. When we’re not exploring new places, we love to walk our dogs, hike, golf, cook and volunteer.

Both of us have lived in the area our entire lives and watched it grow into a premier destination. We love our lush, vibrant desert region. We chose this condo property because it’s in the perfect location – close to restaurants, shopping, golf, walking paths and a 10-minute drive to two freeways that will take you anywhere in the Valley. Major events like the Phoenix Open, Barret-Jackson Auto Auction and horse shows are close by. Major sports venues are 30-50 minutes away.
Sangria Skies is located within the popular Anasazi Condo community – people love it so much they reserve the same months year after year, creating a real community. Completely remodeled in 2023 to brighten and update with a bright, white kitchen with lots of amenities, including a wide array of pots & pans, and spices. The master bath features an LED lighted mirror and a walk-in show with a grab bar on the adjustable faucet handle and the wall. Even the TP holder also serves as a grab bar. The bedroom features a new walk-in closet with lots of hangers and storage space. Free wi-fi, of course!
You will love being within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and bars, yet away from the street noise, as we’re located in the heart of the complex. We've also hosted patients receiving treatment at our excellence nearby hospitals and the sofa bed is perfect for a visitor or caregiver This spacious room opens to a private balcony overlooking the lawn and one of the five pools and spas on property.
The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, utensils and small appliances when you want to eat in. Full-sized microwave, electric stove/oven and dishwasher. And LOTS of counter space. An adjacent, sunny dining nook has seating for four.
The master suite offers a plush queen bed, walking AND reach-in closets and a bright bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sink vanity with an amazing LED lighted mirror. Lots of elbow room! Towels and a starter supply of personal items is provided for you.
Laundry is located on our balcony, features brand-new GE Profile washer/dryer.
