This property is close to multiple restaurants and shops.
Hiking- Camelback MTN is iconic and is about a 10 min drive. close to the 51 and 101 for easy access to North Scottsdale Shopping and Old town fun.
Enjoy going to short drives- Verde Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek. Or take a day
drive to Sedona, unbelievably beautiful.

Communication was excellent! Check in process was extremely simple. The condo was extremely comfortable and cozy, close to plenty of restaurant. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Phoenix!

Little piece of heaven in Paradise.

Great stay at a great location

Very clean, nicely furnished. Patio looks out on green belt/jogging trail. Close to restaurants, golf, shopping. Owner very accommodating.

Perfect for us!

We loved the space, location, communication with property owner - everything was perfect for us! The bed was super comfy, the condo was very roomy, location was perfect! We plan to come back next year and stay longer!

During our stay we visited our family and had Mayo Clinic annual health review check ups in both 57th street and out on Shea east. Being centrally located was Great!

Perfect for us

My daughter and I found this condo to be exactly what we expected, and exactly what we needed for our week in the north Phoenix area! It was clean and well kept; very comfortable and quiet. The proximity to stores and restaurants was great!

Good day to you all!! We are originally from South Dakota and have been in the valley for about 10 years. We had originally decided on moving back but we now have the beautiful five-year-old daughter with cystic fibrosis and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital has been amazing for us! I personally lived in this property and remodeled it. I absolutely love the location and I wanted to keep it for my family until they can move down here. I will be using it as a vacation rental for everybody else to enjoy until that day comes! If you ever need anything or have any questions about where to go or what to do I’m available if I can help in any way.

It’s in a perfect location you can walk to breakfast or dinner. It’s close to the 51 and 101 for day trips. It’s in between North Scottsdale shopping and Old town fun. Close to a bunch of great hiking if you’re wanting to enjoy the outdoors and also the Greenbelt will take you on a great walk over through Stone Creek golf course.
