Spacious Beachy Bungalo One Block From the Ocean

*Top Unit Only* I live in the bottom units. Upstairs, greets you with a large front porch with outdoor seating, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a pop-up couch. Including a kitchen with bar area, dining room with a large table, and large back deck with plenty of seating. Rooms are spacious and inviting, offering a classic beachy feel with modern amenities. The kitchen has a stove top with an oven, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The home is one block from the ocean, and beach access on both sides of the block. A grill and supplies are provided for your grilling pleasure. Outdoor shower, linens, bath and beach towels are provided. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. There's only enough parking for 3 cars for you, I park on the right side, so please keep that long stretch clear.

The House was clean and had everything we needed, including things for the beach. It is walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. We highly recommend staying here!

From check in to checkout everything was great. The location was perfect. The house was perfect for me and my family. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. The beds were so comfy! Can't say enough about the host. He was great! I will be back next summer!

We had the best week! There were 4 adults and 3 teens and the house had everything we needed! The little things were a big deal to us, like fans in the bedrooms, lots of towels, extra beach chairs. The front porch was a favorite! The house was SPOTLESS too. We will be back!

We took a quick weekend trip down to Carolina Beach, and we are so glad we stayed in McKay's place! The location was fantastic, the decorations were quirky and thought-provoking, and everything was very comfortable. We hope we can come back someday!

Perfect location! We walked to the boardwalk daily and was only a 1 minute walk to the beach. Messaging the host with any questions was extremely easy and was answered quickly. The space was clean and well maintained. I was even informed before the stay about an issue with the AC, but it was taken care of before we got there!

Property was just one block from the beach with easy access. Walking distance to Sea Witch for entertainment at night. Had everything with needed… and as a bonus had a massage chair! Enjoyed our stay and would come back!

This is a great home to rent. The location is absolutely perfect. It could not get any better. You could walk everywhere. The beach is only a block and a half away. The house is very spacious. Bedroom or nice and large. The front porch is fabulous. I spent so much time out there. The owner was so nice and so helpful. He even took the dogs out for us when we spent the day on Southport. I would highly recommend this Vrbo. I hope to come back soon.

A block from the beach?! What’s not to like? Host was very responsive and nice, lots of games for the kids, a big massage chair. Everything you could hope for on a vacation

Host is amazing! Great communication throughout the entire stay! Perfect location, ease of access. Plenty of room, towels & chairs provided! The only recommendation is having a bit more laundry pods and maybe a few more pots and pans to ease the use for all guests who enjoys cooking instead of going out.Thank you

Unbelievable value! The house was spacious and clean, well-appointed and updated. A block at most from beach access and communication with McKay was tremendous. Very nice man and very understanding. Perfect for kids and dogs with great front and back porches. Will be back!
