Holiday with family

Love the location and the view! This was a terrific second home base for gathering with our 2 daughters and their families. One daughter lives in Anacortes but couldn’t accommodate the whole group. Would love to stay again in warmer weather.

Great location, plenty of space for our 3 member family. The home is overdue for a deep cleaning. (Lights, fans, range.)

Perfect stay

Communication with property manager was great. The house was clean and well stocked with most essentials. We didn't cook or stay a lot during the day. We spent most of our time with other family sight seeing. The beds were comfortable and the place clean. I would recommend it for a family. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great base for San Juan exploration

Clean house, nice view, great location if you want to explore Sna Juans or Deception Pass, etc. Less than a mile to walk-on to ferries and avoid car lines. Superb communication from the host Vanessa who worked very hard to make everything right!

Great view BUT..…………

Overall, the house, was clean, however the inside of the microwave needed to be cleaned (food splattered), toaster over & oven needed cleaning (food crumbs & splatters inside) & there were crumbs inside the drawers of the refrigerator. When we booked, we envisioned the backyard as the focal point with the very nice view. When we arrived, we found the backyard not to be maintained very well. There was very tall overgrowth all around the shed (one of our dogs disappeared in the overgrowth & came out with a very old hamburger bun and luckily didn’t get sick from partially eating it). A lot of trimming was needed. The backyard was fenced in but there was a huge gap at the gate on the side where the tenants live. (large enough for both our dogs could go through.

Beautiful home close to the ferry

Sunset Dreams was the perfect place for a girls' trip and had such easy access to the ferry to Friday Harbor. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the view was beautiful. There was a small confusion with checking but that was really remedied.

Great summer spot

Even in sweltering heat this place in Anacortes stayed cool. Our family had a great time. Future improvements I’d recommend include adding a bathroom door to the master bath and some more towel racks.

Great location and great yard for my dogs!

The property was just what I was looking for in Anacortes. Vanessa was very responsive to my questions. I know she said they were new to VRBO, but it would be helpful if she had a few more details about the house and what is supplied. I also thought for a house with such a beautiful view that the windows could have been a bit cleaner. I would definitely stay here again
