Welcome and Enjoy all Martin County has to offer. This home is designed for long term stays. When booking this home, you won't wonder if your getting essentials like toilet paper and soap. When you arrive you'll have everything you need. Enjoy a welcome selection of coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine. We even stock the fridge with a bag of ice and a case of water. This home is close to it all. The home is less than 250 feet from the river. Great neighborhood with a beautiful walk or bike along the St. Lucie River. This 3 bedroom home has a private master bedroom upstairs overlooking a preserve. Master Bedroom also has a large approximately 8 x 12 walk in closet for the perfect remote office opportunity (desk provided) or a great place to stretch out and do some yoga in peace and quiet. Martin County offers many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. A backyard fire pit provides warmth and a great place to view the stars. Plenty of parking to bring your boat and a public boat ramp just down the road. Whether it's music, food, biking, paddleboarding, boating i know the local and surrounding area better than most. Your host is a Florida Adventure Native who grew up here in Martin County. We look forward to providing the best possible experience and service for our guests. Thank you for your interest! We've stayed at this location three times now. It is a wonderful property, conveniently located within minutes of the St. Lucie River, downtown Stuart, and the Stuart beaches. The owner of the property is so gracious, offering many activities like biking. He is a wonderful host, and we will be staying here again!!

Best choice for a relaxing stay

This was a wonderful vacation spot. The owner of the property was very helpful and had awesome suggestions for fun activities. We will definitely stay here again!

Palm City vacation

The owner had everything we needed ready for us: a clean, spacious house and food for when we didn't want to go out. We will definitely go back again!!

Great place

It’s a nice property. It has plenty of room and is in very good condition. The owner is very helpful. I highly recommend staying there.

Location, location, location is the term used for ideal property value. Beach, stores, dining and downtown all in one. The value of Stuart / Palm City central works excellently! Owner (Pat) will accommodate your stay with all your needs including treats and a bottle to make your stay nice. Neighbors are always a concern, the entire area is trouble free, quiet and walking and bike friendly. A Rating!

Great locale, great host

This property is the perfect Martin County home base. We stayed here for the winter months, internet was choppy at times so made it difficult on my work schedule but sufficient if just family usage. Patrick is an amazing host, gives a very warm welcome, is accommodating and certainly knows the places to go. Thank you Patrick for a great stay Janet &Bob

In our conversations, i should have specifically checked with you about the internet. If I would have known, I would have done whatever it takes to remedy the situation, even if i needed to increase bandwidth or move the router/modem closer to the room you were working in. I checked with guests who just stayed after your visit and they were not having any issues. We would love to have you back next year. If you return, I will make sure that is the first thing we check when you arrive. You were great guests and we are very thankful you chose St. Lucie Breezes for your work and play stay. Great stay

Patrick was the perfect host. The home was clean,and the beds were comfortable. We only had one request and he responded immediately. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We would positively stay there again, the location was perfect for a boat and truck. Fishing on the St Lucie river. Every thing was as expected and more.

Quiet, Convenient, Peaceful

I was in town from out of state for a funeral. Patrick was kind and accommodating. I had to extend my stay due to circumstances with the National Cemetery and Patrick was kind enough to allow the extension. The home was clean and we had everything we needed and then some. I appreciate that the home was neat and orderly and not cluttered. It was spacious and provided privacy for each of us. We would definitely stay again!

Palm City Hideaway

The property owner lives next door and greeted us when we arrived. He was very attentive to our needs and provided us with all the comforts of home. The duplex is very cute and comfortable. The location is central to everything and the neighborhood is very nice.

Week Trip to Surprise Grandparents

Patrick was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond sending info on local attractions and providing beach toys. The home was perfect for our family. Highly recommend this property.
