Our home is in the heart of PTC. It’s close to shopping and many restaurants of all kinds. You will feel at home and comfortable. Fresh paint throughout the home. Kitchen is well equipped. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs along with 2 full baths. Only a half bath located downstairs. All bedding is washed and sanitized between guests, even comforters and pillows. All touchable surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. Garage is available for parking as well as driveway. Close to multiuse paths for biking, walking, skating and golfcarting. Golfcart rental is available on request.

The home was exactly as advertised. Very clean upon arrival, excellent communication with owner. Wouldn't hesitate to stay on our next trip to the area. Only regret is not having time on this stay to enjoy the golf cart exploring around the community.

Super Clean and Convenient

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. It’s always clean and stocked with a lot of items to make the stay convenient. Denise is an excellent, caring hostess. The property has easy access to the golf cart trails, close to tons of shopping and excellent restaurants! Quiet and safe net.

Great Home in Peachtree City

My family and I had a great time at this home. The neighborhood was safe, the property was clean, easy to access, and close to several amenities including grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. The host was communicative and timely in their responses. I would book this place again next time I travel to Peachtree City.

The perfect option

This place was clean, easy to get to, and super comfy. The beds had super soft sheets and good pillows! The living room was comfortable to sit in. The kitchen had tons of spices and cooking spray which is always such a bonus. It is within 0.5 miles of a grocery store and in a very quiet neighborhood. Super happy! We will be using this location every year when we visit.

Great stop along the way

We stayed here to break up a long drive with a young child and toddler. Lots of good space and close to restaurant options and a park. Denise was so easy to work with.

Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay in PeachTree City. The kids absolutely loved having the golf cart and taking it around town. The house was in the perfect location. The house had everything we needed, no complaints. Denise was very responsive and helpful through the entire process

it was the perfect house for our stay. tons of wonderful memories had here, wishing to restart the clock already. comfy and quiet neighborhood, easy and quick communication. fell in love with it all and hoping to come back one day.

Perfect experience

The owner was great at answering questions and communicating. Great neighborhood. The house has all the amenities you need. For our group of 5 it was a perfect house, very clean and spacious. We would highly recommend.

Perfect Location

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was centrally located for access to Peachtree City, Atlanta, and many surrounding areas. We reserved the golf cart and that was a great way to see the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and they always replied very quick. Will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Amazing communication with owner!

Denise was so responsive to anything we needed and is so very knowledgeable about the area. The checkin/checkout process couldn’t have been easier. The popcorn and snacks provided was such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

Everything was wonderful. The house was immaculate. Wonderful neighborhood. The host did a great job of making sure we were comfortable by having many nice amenities and thoughtful items that you need when traveling. The beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed just sitting around and playing some games after our day spent in Senoia. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely perfect PTC location!

We came in for a long weekend to visit family, house was a perfect place for our family and easy to access cart paths. We walked 3 miles one day and rented the golf cart and drove all over town… do not miss the sunset at Peachtree Lake! We stumbled upon this and it was gorgeous and should be a priority for any one. We will be back.. owners were so fast to respond.

Graduation weekend

The house is very cozy and homey. Our host had gone to great lengths to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of towels, blankets and beds. The A/C kept the house very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all of our showers. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely call Denise again when we need a place to stay in Peachtree City.

Hotel Pricing for a motel standard

When you stay in PeachTree city you have certain expectations. The price is 5 stars hotel but you get motel standard. House definitely needs complete restoration, as the garage has real water damage issue and whole house is outdated (kitchen is horrible)an d the entrance smell like molded and old house. Check in process was horrible since we came late 10 PM and we needed to call Denise for the Lockbox code and the next day we needed to contact her again for the wifi access. A few days later they decided they need to do some work on garden (tenants do not like to see the owner or other way round should be the same) and cut the cable wire so we had for two complete days no internet access and we do run full company operations from rented houses. No refund issued yet, (3 days after leaving). Overall we are not happy with this stay, for a couple of dollars more we get in Peachtree city a new home with new apliances. If you have higher standard this house is not for you.
