Our home is in the heart of PTC. It’s close to shopping and many restaurants of all kinds. You will feel at home and comfortable. Fresh paint throughout the home. Kitchen is well equipped. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs along with 2 full baths. Only a half bath located downstairs. All bedding is washed and sanitized between guests, even comforters and pillows. All touchable surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. Garage is available for parking as well as driveway. Close to multiuse paths for biking, walking, skating and golfcarting. Golfcart rental is available on request.

The perfect option

This place was clean, easy to get to, and super comfy. The beds had super soft sheets and good pillows! The living room was comfortable to sit in. The kitchen had tons of spices and cooking spray which is always such a bonus. It is within 0.5 miles of a grocery store and in a very quiet neighborhood. Super happy! We will be using this location every year when we visit.

Weekend Getaway

We had an amazing stay in PeachTree City. The kids absolutely loved having the golf cart and taking it around town. The house was in the perfect location. The house had everything we needed, no complaints. Denise was very responsive and helpful through the entire process

perfect home

it was the perfect house for our stay. tons of wonderful memories had here, wishing to restart the clock already. comfy and quiet neighborhood, easy and quick communication. fell in love with it all and hoping to come back one day.

Absolutely perfect PTC location!

We came in for a long weekend to visit family, house was a perfect place for our family and easy to access cart paths. We walked 3 miles one day and rented the golf cart and drove all over town… do not miss the sunset at Peachtree Lake! We stumbled upon this and it was gorgeous and should be a priority for any one. We will be back.. owners were so fast to respond.

Perfect Location

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was centrally located for access to Peachtree City, Atlanta, and many surrounding areas. We reserved the golf cart and that was a great way to see the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and they always replied very quick. Will stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Perfect experience

The owner was great at answering questions and communicating. Great neighborhood. The house has all the amenities you need. For our group of 5 it was a perfect house, very clean and spacious. We would highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

Everything was wonderful. The house was immaculate. Wonderful neighborhood. The host did a great job of making sure we were comfortable by having many nice amenities and thoughtful items that you need when traveling. The beds were all very comfortable and we enjoyed just sitting around and playing some games after our day spent in Senoia. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Graduation weekend

The house is very cozy and homey. Our host had gone to great lengths to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of towels, blankets and beds. The A/C kept the house very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for all of our showers. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely call Denise again when we need a place to stay in Peachtree City.

Great stop along the way

We stayed here to break up a long drive with a young child and toddler. Lots of good space and close to restaurant options and a park. Denise was so easy to work with.

Visiting family in Newnan

We had our family Christmas gathering in Newnan. The house was about a 20 minute drive away from our the gathering place. We had plenty of room. I did a lot of food prep in the kitchen comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and we felt very safe.

Great Experience

I had a year-end business partner meeting and my partner lives in Peachtree City. Instead of getting a hotel, we decided on a VRBO where we could meet for two days and spread out. I'm glad we did! Denise was awesome and had the place looking perfect. If you are staying in Peachtree City and need a homey place.... I highly recommend. And I forgot my AirPods and Denise got them to me before I left town.

A perfect stay!

This was a cute house that was very clean and had everything we needed! Denise was wonderful from start to finish and was easy to get in touch with. She even brought us the golf cart after we thought we didn’t need it - so thankful for this because this was a fun way to get around. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location with amazing hospitality

This home more than met our needs for the week, and we were impressed with the thoughtful touches put in place by the host (snacks, luxury sheets and towels, beautiful furnishings, etc) . From the time we made the reservation through check out, Denise was exceptionally friendly, very responsive and helpful. The home is very clean and just as described. The location Is perfect, and a golf cart is a must! We enjoyed the sunsets at Lake Peachtree each evening and getting to explore the community through the various cart paths that connect the city. Fall was a great time to visit, not only was the weather beautiful but we also had the opportunity to see very creative Halloween displays. We were centrally located so visiting Senoia for a walking dead tour and lunch at Nic and Norman’s was a breeze. We even journeyed up to Covington for their movie tour which features vampire diaries favorites! On our way back we stopped for a visit at stone mountain park thanks to a friendly suggestion made by the host at Thai Spice. The kids enjoyed the house as well, plenty of space and they really liked the nearby TCBY. Our teen daughter enjoyed a shopping spree at The Avenue; so much to do, and we are thankful to have had such a lovely home to enjoy for the week.

Hotel Pricing for a motel standard

When you stay in PeachTree city you have certain expectations. The price is 5 stars hotel but you get motel standard. House definitely needs complete restoration, as the garage has real water damage issue and whole house is outdated (kitchen is horrible)an d the entrance smell like molded and old house. Check in process was horrible since we came late 10 PM and we needed to call Denise for the Lockbox code and the next day we needed to contact her again for the wifi access. A few days later they decided they need to do some work on garden (tenants do not like to see the owner or other way round should be the same) and cut the cable wire so we had for two complete days no internet access and we do run full company operations from rented houses. No refund issued yet, (3 days after leaving). Overall we are not happy with this stay, for a couple of dollars more we get in Peachtree city a new home with new apliances. If you have higher standard this house is not for you.
