About our Home...
Just 4 homes separating you from the award-winning Avalon beach. Our home boasts four large bedrooms and three full baths that combined sleeps 11 (in beds)+ a spare pull-out couch. A large upstairs open living area consists of two bedrooms, two full baths, living, dining room, and a nicely equipped kitchen.
There is a large front deck with ocean views and a rear private second story deck overlooking the pool.
The lower level consists of two bedrooms, full bath, plus a large den with a beverage and snack area that I great for entertaining. The best part is that the den has direct access to the pool area that opens to an outdoor protected entertainment and lounge area.
We offer all of the amenities you need for your home-away-from-home. Gas grill, patio furniture and loungers, wet bar for the adults. X-box, WiFi, multiple TVs, Streaming devices, DVDs and a huge 12 x 34’ pool for kids of all ages.
Please note that like most Jersey shore rentals we only offer weekly rentals during peak season (Mid-May - Mid Sept) with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Long weekends and other options available with a 3 night minimum during the rest of the year. If you are having problems finding your preferred dates during peak season make sure you enter Sat check-in and 7 night stay - just send us an inquiry and tell us your dates in the message.

Mike and Lisa Hallowell have been Avalon homeowners for over 30 years - and lifelong lovers of this beautiful town. Our goal for this home was to allow our renters to feel as if it was their own. As parents of three (now grown) children, we remember the challenges that a family vacation entails. We tried to think of all the amenities we enjoy when vacationing and put them together into one great experience. Why Avalon? location, location, location! One of only a few beach-block single family rental homes with a pool in all of seven-mile island. Just a few steps away from beautiful Avalon beach – voted best beach in mid-Atlantic. Our beach is lifeguard protected and 1 block from a designated surfing beach and a designated boogie board beach. Located in the quiet north end of town, yet only five blocks from town center. Leave your car and walk to great restaurants, bars, and your morning coffee.

This home has the best of everything. A private pool in your back yard, two second story decks (front and back) and a covered pool-side patio to get away from that mid-day sun. Renovations include a major den make-over and added a wetbar and direct access to the pool via huge 10-ft double sliding doors. We cater to families and so our home also provides a great area for the kids on the lower level complete with TV, DVDs and video game collection - while the adults can relax on the second level deck and enjoy the ocean views or take a swim in the private pool.
