Wonderful beach block condominium at 2828 Avalon Avenue!
Great family rental. Threee bedroom one bath condo with views of ocean from den, master bedroom, and front balcony. Cherry wood hardwood floors run throughout the bright and sunny unit. One queen bed, one double bed, and two twin beds are in the house. The sofa bed is a pull out. We provide bed linens and towels in condominium for use while you are there. Only a block to the beach and park, and convenient to town.

Another excellent stay

We have made a tradition of staying here Thanksgiving weekend. The hosts are attentive, responsive, and concerned that we have a comfortable stay. The unit's location can't be beat. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. Playground and boardwalk steps away. Dune drive very close so we could walk over and enjoy the weekend's festivities. Unit is well stocked, nicely decorated, and well cared for.

We stayed here for a wedding. The entire property was clean, easy to get to, and stocked with all the necessities. Shawn was a great host! Easy to work with, super helpful, and was always there if we needed something. One of the best hosts I've had

Avalon getaway in the Fall

The porch was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Condo was peaceful and well stocked. Locaton to the downtown or beach was perfect for walking. There were lots of games, books and DVD for those wanting to just relax. All beach necessities available. Owner Shawn was very responsive to any questions and offered suggestions on where to eat. It was the perfect place for a Fall getaway.

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our family. Perfectly situated to the beach, the playground, and town! The condo was exactly what we needed and we loved sitting out at night to listen to the sound of the ocean!

Ladies’ Weekend 2024

The perfect spot for a ladies’ weekend getaway. Very close to the beach and the house had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to any questions we had and had great suggestions for dinners out. We will return!

Great shore experience

Beach Getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay just one block from the beach with ocean views from the balcony. The place has a lot of charm and everything you need for your stay. It is also a 5 minute walk from the main street in Avalon with shops and restaurants. The owner was a fantastic communicator. Since we came during the off season, he even let us know the cleaning crew would be coming a little later in the day if we wanted to stay longer.

Perfect location

Booked a last minute trip. The condo was in a perfect location! Owner was extremely helpful, responsive and detailed! We would definitely stay here again.

Avalon Gem!

We had the best stay in this sweet condo in the most perfect location! Quick walk w little kids right across the street to the beach and easy walk into town for meals and shopping! Shawn was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Great host, fantastic location!

Shawn was a great host and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location is perfect—right across the street from the beach, park (great for little ones), and a public parking lot. We had a wonderful stay!

Memorial Day Weekend Girl’s Trip!

My friends and I had an absolutely LOVELY stay at Shawn’s condo! It was the perfect size for six 26/27 year olds. It was in a great location, both near the beach and not too far from all the shops/restaurants. It was super cute and had plenty of pillows. Shawn was SUPER responsive and had many suggestions for activities, restaurants, and more. The condo came with beach tags, chairs and an umbrella which was also nice. The outdoor wash station and shower were just what we needed coming back from the beach. I’d come back here with the girls and even recommend to my family to come as well!!

Great Condo!

This unit was perfect for 4 adults. We spent 2 nights in Avalon to attend a wedding. The condo was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything was as described. Shawn’s communication was fantastic. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Another excellent stay

We are so glad we found this property with excellent owners and look forward to hopefully enjoying again and again. We love staying at this unit. It's the perfect location with views of the ocean and close proximity to the boardwalk and center of town. The owner is kind and responsive. The place is well stocked and cared for, with great amenities. We have stayed here three times already and will do so again.

Great location in Avalon!

The condo was even nicer than the photos! Cutely decorated and comfortable. For us it was a great quiet respite from wedding craziness. The kitchen is well equipped, the "kids" bedroom even has children's books (as well as a tv). Lots of dvds to choose from in the den. The location is great - a short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and a great playground (if you have little ones) Shawn responded quickly to any questions we had. Would enjoy returning in the summer!

Wedding weekend

This condo was perfect for our short stay for this weekend wedding. The place was clean, had most everything we needed. Shawn was very responsive with anything that we needed. We felt awful not being able to finish washing, drying and putting away all of our sheets. The washer and dryer were on the small side. Shawn did let us know that, but we had a late night and a late start in the morning. We all decided we’d bring our own sheets the next time.
