Wonderful beach block condominium at 2828 Avalon Avenue!
Great family rental. Threee bedroom one bath condo with views of ocean from den, master bedroom, and front balcony. Cherry wood hardwood floors run throughout the bright and sunny unit. One queen bed, one double bed, and two twin beds are in the house. The sofa bed is a pull out. We provide bed linens and towels in condominium for use while you are there. Only a block to the beach and park, and convenient to town.

The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need for a stay at the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect.

Beachfront, convenient and well done!

First the owner has been fantastic! Very communicative and helpful. The place itself is practical, clean, well appointed and nicely decorated. I would absolutely book here again.

Great Vacation Stay

We had a mini family vacation and this unit was perfect for us. 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 years old. There was enough room for all of us, the unit is well stocked, and the location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, playground, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The owner is super helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. We would definitely stay here again, and you should too!

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our family. Perfectly situated to the beach, the playground, and town! The condo was exactly what we needed and we loved sitting out at night to listen to the sound of the ocean!

Just what we needed

We had our 4 man construction crew stay here for 6 days. It was just what we needed for a reasonable price. The communication was excellent and we will certainly be coming back again. Thank you!

Perfect location

Booked a last minute trip. The condo was in a perfect location! Owner was extremely helpful, responsive and detailed! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This is our second time staying at Shawn’s condo - the condo is well kept and kitchen fully stocked. The location couldn’t be better with easy access to boardwalk, beach, park and arcade for our kids. Thanks for a great stay!
