The height of the ceiling is 6 meters. Above the living room there is a 23m2 open living gallery with a lounge area from from where you have a overview to the mountain scenery as well. The Gallery-Lounge Area on the Gallery can be used as a computer-workplace or can be used as optional sleeping place as well (Futon-Bed)

The City-Tramway-stop and a Supermarket is right opposite the apartment: Tramway comes every 5 min and it takes 7 min to arrive in the city center. A Bakery, Coffee-House and an original Italian restaurant ("Ristorante Vinoteca Rosengarten") and is just a 2 min walk from the apartment. A traditional Tyrolean Restaurant (Gasthaus Lewisch) is a 4 min walk.
The Hungerburg- cablecar station "Löwenhaus" that brings you in a 7min-ride to the skiing area Nordkette / Nordpark- the snowboarder´s paradise- is just 600m away from the house.

Parking is possible in front of the house, 1 Day parking Ticket (9am - 7pm) costs 7 €, parking from 7pm - 9am is free, Saturday and Sunday is free parking the whole day.
