Great space and really enjoyed the view from the balcony...generator was a 10as they kept turning off the power for the whole area. Pool was great easy to get toDrive up was a bit hairy...definitely need a jeep. Linda was very attentive. Nive having coolers and beach chairs there. Our 8th trip to St John, 1st time with friends...and first time on that side of Cruz bay. Will stay in that area with them again, hopefully soon.

We had the best vacation ever! Great location & incredible views. Beautiful house with updates throughout. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the deck. We watched some amazing sunsets at end of villa driveway. Host was easy to communicate and having a property manager on island was great. Definitely recommend this villa. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a wonderful trip with adult children! Beautiful view! Easy communication with on island hostess - answered all texts and provided good information about where to snorkel and eat! Accommodations were perfect! Would come back again!! Definitely need a car to get up to house.

Tranquil Breeze was perfect for our group of 6. The amenities were excellent. It lives up to the photos! We used the pool a few times and we always had it to ourselves. Communication with the local property manager was great. St. John exceeded our expectations!

Great to hear! Linda is the best property manager in town. She will get you to all the best snorkel spots as well on island. As for the pool, agreed! We have never shared it either in 5 years since it's only 8 units and half the owners do not rent their units.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Tranquil Breeze. The villa was the perfect size for the 5 of us. Amazing views from the deck. Linda was a rockstar and was responsive to all of our questions. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed staying at Tranquil Breeze. It was perfect for our family! The view from the balcony is amazing! It was also clean and had all the items you would expect and would need for your stay. Highly recommend!

Linda the local host was incredible! She met us at the ferry dock and led us in our rental jeep up the hill to our villa. Beautiful view overlooking cruz bay and chocolate hole. 5 min from restaurants and a simple drive to the north shore beaches and snorkeling We would rent this same place again for certain

The place was great! Very nice. View was amazing. We were very happy to have such a great generator as the power went out multiple days. Linda was a great and responsive property manager. Very helpful!!

Thanks Jason for staying with us! You'd be crazy to stay at a guest house without a full generator. That can ruin your vacation if you lose power on an island. Our generator will power the entire home and not interrupt your vacation.

We have the best property manager on island! She will help guests with any and all needs whether its snorkel locations, restaurants or finding the flamingos on island!

Host was great! Linda showed us into VRBO and had great recommendations for our week. Thank you. Property was clean, updated and all rooms were able to be accessed through main door. Hard to find 3 beds in a traditional home. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again.

Stayed for several days on a girls trip. 5 of us enjoyed this beautiful property. The house is clean beautiful and comfortable. The view from that balcony is everything! Can’t say enough good things about Linda! She helped so much with questions ahead of our trip and was incredibly responsive for everything we needed after we arrived. 5 stars all the way!

My family really enjoyed the time spent at Tranquil Breeze. It was a lovely place to stay while on St. John for a family wedding. So close to Cruz Bay. Linda, property manager, was an excellent communicator and met us at the ferry dock. A wonderful deck to view the beautiful scenery!

We had a great stay at Tranquil Breeze. Linda was great to work with. She not only escorted and walked us through the property, but she drove my wife there to show her shopping areas and the trash dumpster area. That was very helpful for a first-time visitor to the island.The house was wonderful. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The decks are amazing. We spent every morning on the deck taking in the views. The island lost power twice during our stay but the generator kicked in both times and it was not an issue at all. The house is conveniently located so you can get to town quickly but also get to the centrally located restaurants like Heading East easily (St John easy, at least). We spent the week hiking, snorkeling, and taking in the beaches in St John and BVI. It was a perfect week and that all starts with a great place to stay.

We had a great time at Tranquil Breeze. The furnishings were very comfortable and we had plenty of space as a family of four to spread out. The best part by far was the amazing view! I could have easily sat on the deck the whole time. Linda was extremely accommodating and offered many great suggestions. We loved Tranquil Breeze and St. John and hope to be back some day!

Great location and view. Very nice rooms. Best part was access to the beach chairs and cooler for use at the beaches. I would highly recommend that you select this location for your visit to St. John

Family vacation

Tranquil Breeze was amazing. The villa had everything we could possibly need. The views were incredible of Cruz Bay. It was close to town and Linda was amazing by helping to check us in as well as check on us during our stay.

Perfect Family Trip

Linda was amazing and provided excellent guidance for our first trip. The condo had everything we needed. We had A/C in all rooms. The swimming pool was a treat for the kiddos.

Property worked well for our party of 6. However, a house that sleeps 6 should also have comfortable seating for 6 in the living room. And a bit more silverware available. In all, we would enjoy coming back.

We just ordered new silverware to the house. As for the seating, thanks for your comment, we are considering buying additional chairs for the living room.
