Host was communicative and accommodating. The house was very spacious and had modern amenities. Located close to highway/tollway access.

The home was nice just not very clean. We washed the sheets and bathroom floor mats bc they were filthy. Walls and baseboards dirty. Cleaning crew is not doing their job. The bug issue was ongoing for the 30 days we stayed. The pillows need to be replaced. We went nearly a week no WiFi due to a glitch when they sent me password. The master bedroom tv didn’t work and the living room tv didn’t have a remote. I purchased one. I explained my mother and I were there to recover from surgery. It could’ve been cleaner than it was. The smoke detector went off about two weeks in and I had to drag the ladder up the stairs bc no one was available to shut it off. Mind you I was allowed to lift 5 pounds not a ladder and couldn’t stretch. I had no choice. The neighbors were amazing and friendly. Communication with management takes awhile.

Unfortunately, would not recommend.

Phew!! This was a mess. The house is nice, the street is NOT. We did not feel safe which was a bummer. There isn't much room to park so they told us to park down the street - which it is a BLESSING we didn't get our cars broken into. We had 15 people staying and got maybe 8 towels? That was a hassle…and they even asked how many people would be staying in the emails before we arrived. They charged us for stolen knives and a stain on the bed. Super annoyed about that! But I will say, the house was clean!! They didn’t provide any blankets or sheets for the couch beds - also very odd. Due to the unsafe feeling of the neighborhood, lack of communication with the towels/extra charges and poor parking, I do not recommend staying here.

It was very family friendly. Host was very responsive. House looks like the pictures. Close to things downtown.

We generally had a good stay at this property. Communication wasn’t amazing or prompt, but they did answer a few questions. The real problem was when we received a fee two weeks after our stay for a “stain” on the carpet. There was no stain when we left the property and we haven’t seen any pictures of this problem. Also, the fact that we are incurring this fee two weeks after our stay, is ridiculous. We already paid an asinine amount of money to spend one night in this house and adding the fee was absurd.

A Weekend to Remember

The weekend was all about celebrating a friend who was getting married. Perfectly located within minutes of downtown Dallas where we celebrated. The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable! Home looks like the photos provided. While the area is rejuvenating, the neighbors were very kind - families are established and have lived on that street for many years. The host was responsive and answered our questions. Our overall experience was Five Stars!

Nice stay but poor communication with property management.

House is nice. Good location. Bring your own towels because they only provide 4 for a family of 12. When we requested more, management claimed they brought them while we were out but we could not find them. Then the communication stopped and we were ignored.
