The home is in South Dallas on a busy street, and while I did feel safe, the noise level in the surrounding area was very noticeable throughout our stay. The layout and sleeping arrangements were sufficient for the price. However, the property would benefit greatly from a top‑to‑bottom deep cleaning. The floors, kitchen, and showers appeared lightly tidied rather than properly cleaned and sanitized. Aside from that, the location offered easy access to downtown.

Parking was tight in back, but there was parking available out front. Overall was a nice townhome, a bit further from a lot of the things than we initially thought, but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

The location and the check in and check out process were perfect. No issues with safety. The cleanliness of the home was terrible. There were used fake eyelashes stuck to the bedside table in the main bedroom. The floors were dirty. I took my shoes off as I entered the home and the floors turned my socks black. I swept and mopped and wiped all surfaces down myself. I had to clean the coffee pot prior to using it as well.

Great space for a family vacation near downtown Dallas.The property is very spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out.It was clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into making the place feel welcoming.

The Host Amanda responded very quickly to minor issues i had. Overall great experience an lovely living space. I would recommend anyone to stay there. It truly was a home away from home.

Comfortable house and amenities. Beds were cozy and bathrooms/showers were nice. Only complaints: one parking spot only, so be aware. House is maybe 20 feet from the road, so road noise (and trains) at night are very loud. Finally, it was cold outside during our stay and the upstairs was hot while the downstairs was quite frigid. 4/5, would stay again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was really nice and quiet. The townhome was exceptionally clean and very cozy and relaxing which was much needed after a long drive. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and the shower felt amazing. The Host was very easy to contact and very quick with communication. I would definitely recommend and would stay again

The host was great when i texted them they texted right back. However there were several things broke or didn’t work well. Now when i mentioned these things to the host they were willing to come fix them but we were so busy in and out I didn’t have time for them to come. Was clean and smelled good.

Nice little spot. Clean and had extra towels and blankets, which was a huge plus because we forgot ours. Price reflects the house/neighborhood, it wasn’t a big issue with my group (all full grown men) but it is south side Dallas. All in all I would stay again.

Very nice! right across the street from a police station so we felt very safe. we were in town for a concert and it was only 8 minutes to the venue at the dos equis pavilion. would stay here again. host was very fast at communicating and was very friendly and understanding. we got a 3 bedroom house for the price we would have payed for a hotel room.

I recently booked this property July 23rd - 26th, 2026, I was in town for a family event .I have several issues with the property. The refrigerator, Freezer, microwave were all dirty as well as the chandelier you could visually see that it had not been cleaned. The property should be throughly cleaned before and after every stay. And addition to that there is a Amtrak/CSX train that runs throughout the night. It’s very loud and will wake you up out of your sleep. That was not mention in the description. My family member and I was approached by a man while gathering luggage out of the car it was late.. Which made me question our safety. The neighborhood was not as described. It’s blocks away from the ghetto. The 2nd bedroom had a slight oder and the house cannot sleep 10 comfortably. The furniture needs to be updated. I wouldn’t trust sleeping on any of sofas. We were also greeted by a cockroach white entering the property. If you’re planning on washing your clothes bring your own detergent. The detergent was definitely watered down a lot…. Also, there is no good cookware or utensil. if your planning on preparing a meal. I compared this house to the house my family members booked in Arlington no comparison. The area was nice the house was very clean and accommodating not to mention close to shopping.,

The property overall was satisfactory, but the cleanliness upon arrival was not good, particularly the master bathroom, which had a significant amount of hair. This was communicated to the property manager but there was no offer to address the issue.

The rooms were adequate, the bed was uncomfortable. The cupboards under the sinks were very dirty and the place didn't feel clean. The location was very unsafe, I did not sleep well. We didn't even stay the 2nd night, we drove home. The host did answer my questions in a timely manner when I asked about the WiFi. I think people should know about the area before they book it, especially if they have kids.

Kitchen was dirty as well as the dishes , I seen a roach in the house as well . I wouldn't recommend to book unless you're looking for something cheap . I smoked in the garage and not in the house and the host requested an extra charge , and I never smoked inside the house ..

The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable for a group. The living room was so spacious, making it the perfect spot for all of us to hang out and chat. We had the best time!
