Everything was as advertised. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive. We’re going to try and do a longer trip at this property.

The cozy cabin was just as described and was very comfortable for 6 Senior Adults … the we had no problems and the beds were comfortable… the place was spotless clean with plenty of room for 3 vehicles and my boat … We all highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation… Kelly was easy to communicate with and ready to service any needs that may have been discovered… excellent host

Perfect home for our quick trip to lake texoma. We had a wonderful time and the owner was so helpful and responsive to all our needs. Will definitely comeback again!

We enjoyed our lake house stay! Perfect for our big family’s Thanksgiving! Not too far from water and we took our boat and fished off dock as well

Couldn’t ask for a better location!

We were meeting family for a quick lake getaway and this property was such a great fit for us! Plenty of amenities on the property and we were a short walk away from the water. Our dogs loved it, we loved it and can’t wait to visit again!

The house was lovely! Perfect amount of space for my husband and I and our kids and grandchildren. I guess I misunderstood about being close enough to the lake to see it from the front porch.

Great accommodations and location.

This is the third year my family has stayed at this property. It’s a short walk or one-minute drive to a small beach and picnic area. It’s close to Little Mineral Marina where we meet our fishing guide.I only wish the kitchen had some newer pots and pans. The outdoor space is a great asset. There is a nice patio area in the front and plenty of parking.We will definitely return next year.

Family weekend @ the lake

Kelly was very gelpful and was quick to reapond. She helped us get in touch with the right person to rent a boat slip at the near by comminity park. The property description was accurate. Check in was a breeze. The house was well stocked.

Great fishing cabin!

My party of 9 had a great time fishing lake texoma with a cool place/oasis to return to each day to relax! We had a great time! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you bring a boat, boat ramp is close, and there is plenty of parking. Owners were helpful and responsive.

Absolute GREAT time

Second stay at this location.

This is our second time to stay at this house. It’s large enough for our group of 5. The location is great. Just a short walk to a small beach and picnic area. Easy access to the marinas for fishing. Very easy to work with the owner.
