Welcome to the perfect getaway spot to create memories with your family and friends. This cozy 3 bed/2 bath home is located just 1.5 miles from Highport Marina on Lake Texoma and close to shopping and restaurants. This recently renovated property has a spacious backyard featuring pool and hot tub.

Home includes new furniture and high capacity washer and dryer.

The backyard deck has a charcoal grill with patio dining table and chairs.

You and your guests can kick-up the fun with the foosball table or just relax in a quite evening near the lake.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential pots, pans, baking dishes, cookware, cooking sheets, spices, also has refrigerator with filtered water and ice, and kitchen towels provided.

We provide each guest with essential amenities throughout your stay, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap. Plus, bonus complimentary items like a starter supply of K-Cups and creamer/sugar.

Had a wonderful trip. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub immensely. Host was great. Only 1 tv in the house was unusable. Great location.

Air conditioner is set on a timer, so we woke up drenched in sweat in the middle of the night. We constantly had to monitor the AC because it kept going back to 80 something in the house. There was a lot of other people's hair on the floor and especially in the bathroom shower area when we arrived and no broom to be found to help clean it up before everyone arrived. .Pictures made house look really nice, however... It's not as nice as the pictures. Paint peeling on back deck, caulking in bathroom has mold growing and looks like a kid applied it. Not staying there again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. The home has a Nest thermostat, which is not set on a timer, and we are able to monitor and adjust the temperature remotely. Had we known you were experiencing an issue with the temperature, we would have been very happy to address it immediately. Unfortunately, we were never contacted during your stay about the AC or temperature, so we did not have the opportunity to correct the issue while you were there. Cleanliness is extremely important to us. We use the same local housekeeper for every turnover, and she takes great pride in preparing the home for our guests. Had we been notified about hair or anything that was missed, she lives nearby and would have gladly returned to address it. We’re disappointed that we weren’t given that opportunity. There is a vacuum located next to the washer and dryer for guests’ use. We’ll also take your comments about the bathroom caulking and exterior deck into consideration as we continue maintaining and improving the property. We genuinely wish you had reached out during your stay. We are always happy to respond quickly and do everything we can to make our guests comfortable and ensure they have a great experience.

Lake Trip

This was a great property and a great host. The check in information had the incorrect password to get into the house, but the host was easy to get ahold of. Other than that, no complaints!

2024 girls trip

The pool was great. Only issues were no hooks or bars in master bath for towels and such and the full suze bed should be queen or twins. Other than that it was great.

Our stay was for an annual girls trip with sisters and adult daughters! We had a great time. The home was very well set up with everything needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this location to any one!I would suggest parking notes to be given before arrival. If they were given I do not recall. We happened to come across the closed welcome folder on the microwave. This could be better displayed on the counter. We learned, what we understood, that we could not park on a concrete area that appeared to be for parking (on the vacant lot) after arriving and had to move vehicles. Your place is very pretty, well stocked and very welcoming! The pool and hot tub were loved by all. Thank you for providing a comfortable get away. We loved it!

Excellent place to stay while we were at Lake Texoma. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, gave the littles something to do while the others were fishing. Would definitely recommend.
