Enjoy the peace and quiet with the whole family at our single family house with empty lot next door. Please note the community pool is being refurbished and we do not know when the work will be done. 4 bedrooms with 9 beds so nobody has to share a bed. Unload your gear into the attached garage in the bad weather. Soak in the 6 person hot tub after a day on the slopes. Enjoy the wall of windows with astonishing views of Camelback Mountain at night. Gather around the fire-pit on the huge deck. Play in the walk out basement with Golden Tee Multi Arcade Game, big screen, and pool table. Private main bedroom on the top level with newer king bed and en-suite bath. Living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath, and 2 Queen bedrooms on the main level. Basement has pull out sofa in living area and 2 twin bunkbeds + trundle in the legal 4th bedroom with 2 large windows looking out at the wooded back yard. Sled in the back yard. Grill on the deck. Bring your horseshoes and Bocce Ball sets! Cornhole game provided. Property is zoned for single family use.

I am the owner/broker of Faber Realty located inside the 55 Plus Community of Centennial Station in Warminster, PA. 215-672-2626 I recently sold my Ocean City rental to purchase this vacation home across the street from Camelback Mountain. We also rent a 5 Bedroom 4 Bath home on the corner of 51st and Central Ave in Sea Isle City. I was a Superhost in Ocean City and fully intend to bring the same level of hospitality to Tannersville.

Very few properties near Camelback can provide the amenities that our home offers. First off, we are a private property sitting on a private 1/3 acre lot. That means you do not share a wall or deck or a driveway or a parking lot with your neighbors. Non private owners can only park 2 cars in their allotted space. Any other cars have to be parked down at the auxiliary lot. We can accommodate 3 cars in the driveway plus a 4th car in the garage. The garage is also a great feature when you get a foot of snow overnight-do you really want to spend your 1st hour of your 1st morning brushing snow off your car?
