Property was great, very close to Mashpee commons and south cape beach, short drive to Sandwhich. The house was gorgeous and the deck overlooking the lake was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend!

First rate property beautifully situated on a pond in New Seabury. Tastefully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable. Would love to stay again.

The location was perfect! The house was very charming, yet still had all the modern conveniences. Our family of five was very comfortable and relaxed here.

Great Spot

Close to everything and yet hidden away and quiet. Lots of room inside and out, very comfortable, and the pond provides great scenery and fun. We had a great time.

Great stay!

This house is welcoming, comfortable and well stocked. We really enjoyed spending time on the back deck overlooking the pond and being able to take the kayaks out was definitely a bonus! The house is in a great neighborhood and convenient to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Everything was outstanding. The house was beautiful and spacious with a large deck overlooking a picturesque pond, the equipment and furniture were excellent, and Steven and Nancy were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Quiet 4th getaway

We had a wonderful visit. Even though it was a busy 4th of July week on the Cape, we thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful sojourn overlooking the pond and fountain. And the puzzle was the perfect activity for a rainy 4th!

Great Vacation Home

Our family had an amazing week in this beautiful home. So much charm. Beautiful pond views. Well stocked kitchen. Easily accessible public beach and community walking trails. Owner Steve was very easy to communicate with. Excited for our next stay at this beautiful property!!

Great House in Mashpee. Highly Recommend

The home is great and it’s exactly as described. The kitchen is large and has all of the elements that you would want and need. The backyard deck is quiet and secluded. We spent many mornings having breakfast there. Having the use of the kayaks was an added bonus. The house is centrally located to restaurants and close to the beaches. The homeowners Steven and Nancy were easy to work with and answered any questions. We had a wonderful vacation on the Cape!

Fabulous Family Vacation in Cape!

Our family has enjoyed annual trip to Cape every August for the last 20 years and this trip was one of our best trips! The house is beautiful, spacious and well stocked and the proximity to the pond provided a truly tranquil experience. We enjoyed our time on the deck each morning and evening and many meals looking over the pond. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy and the second floor "den" provided a great extra space of working/sleeping. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking as a family. The owner was responsive to our communication and inquiries and we appreciate the prompt responses. Overall, we have a great time and would recommend this house for a memorable family or group gathering.

The pond here is gorgeous. It is driving distance from local beaches, but there is a lot to relax with at the home. Steve was very responsive!
