Beautiful golf course home in the Mews of New Seabury. This sunny, year-round, home offers the versatility for family vacations, golf getaways, or peace and quiet. Venture out to one of the many local sandy beaches (only one mile from the beach). Beautifully landscaped yard with heated pool overlooking the golf course green, the perfect spot for families, barbecue, or a romantic getaway. This three bedroom villa with large living room, and dining room is beautifully furnished and maintained. Close to Popponessett Inn & Marketplace, The Raw Bar, & Mashpee Commons shopping.

Had a great week stay, the house was clean with towels and bedding. House was stocked with all cooking/grilling equipment. Would definitely stay again!

New Seabury is a great place for a family vacation and this house is a perfect spot to stay. The pool is gorgeous and the beach is right down the street!

My family of (4) enjoyed the property immensely!! The space was clean, comfortable, and convenient to so much. The pool was a huge hit and the neighborhood was ideal for walks/runs. Would highly recommend for a relaxing vacation with lots of attractions/restaurants nearby. George was super responsive to any questions before and during our stay.Thank you George!

This property was awesome! Everything as advertised and then some! Everything was here, high end appliances, cable TV, games and a great pool. The grandkids loved the pool. The fact that we could have our dogs with us made the week even more enjoyable. I would definitely return here. Thanks for a great week!

Another great week!

We had another great stay - our second at this house. The location is lovely, the house comfortable and the private pool is so convenient for entertaining our 3 year old. We will definitely stay again!

It's my second year that I enjoy it a lot, highly recommended to enjoy with the family the mornings in the pool and cookout in the afternoons you can challenge yourself to put together the puzzles or enjoy the monopoly good welcome with the wine.

Another wonderful year staying at this house. The house itself is immaculate and in a fantastic location. My only request would be that the pool be cleaned a bit more frequently, seemed like something might be off with the filter system this year. Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent visit

All went well. Rain did stomp on us and almost felt the water was an issue, but it was fine. Loved the pool and the place!!

Relaxing getaway

Thanks for George for hosting us in this lovely house, we had the most relaxing family getaway. We biked to the beach and to the shops. The pool provided never ending entertainment for our son and we enjoyed many dinners on the patio from the grill.

Awesome Vacation

We simply had a wonderful time! The house is awesome for so many reasons. Perfect size, super clean and cozy, quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and heated pool. The host George, was super kind and super helpful. This stay exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to be back next year!

Wonderful stay!

Our family of 4 had a great week at this amazing property! We had beautiful weather and very much enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool. The house is very well equipped and is in a beautiful neighborhood, great for walks, and located near shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We had a question for the host and he responded immediately and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Pure relaxation

Great neighborhood for walking the dogs, loved early morning coffee by the pool. Everything close. The house had all we needed, roomy, warm and welcoming. Thanks much George.
