Family wedding weekend

Can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is! Would rate it six stars if possible. We had an amazing time… Owner is very communicative and helpful. View is Spectacular, location is excellent - walk to superb restaurants and shopping, incredible.trip. We will be back!

Perfect weekend

Best place ever!

This was without a doubt, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The view was amazing! The location is amazing! The house is amazing! Ashley was a pleasure to work with and made the renting process easy. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The Perfect Place

I've stayed at quite a few VRBOs over the years, and this place is at the top, tied with another home in the keys. We had a large group with multiple families. Each family felt like they had there own space when they needed it. The beach, back deck and proximity to Seaside make this place a "no brainer".

Fabulous!

This was our second time in this home, and we loved it again. The deck is fabulous for sunsets, sunrises, or a nap in between. The location is prime, just a short walk to Seaside center. The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking meals, and the beds are really comfortable. Thank you, Ashley, for sharing your home (again) with us.

Great location but needs upgrades & tlc

Location is amazing being just a short walk from Seaside and having the ocean in your backyard. However, the house looks like it has been used a lot and not very well maintained. The house is run down and several bathrooms had issues from no cold water in one sink to a shower not properly working in another. Also, the house did not feel as clean as it should have considering the high cleaning fees and for a luxury rental in general. There are a lot of bedrooms so ideal for a big group. We booked a bonfire and it was easy for them to setup close to the house. Again, amazing location but would not stay there again due to conditions and cleanliness of the home.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family of 15 - ages 4 months to 73 - stayed here for a week. We had perfect weather! The beach and gulf are amazing. The house was perfect for us - plenty of room to share meals, play nightly games, and the deck is the best feature - lots of chairs to relax in and enjoy the views. Every morning the chairs and umbrellas were ready for us on the beach - a real plus. Some of our family spent a day fishing - some went parasailing - we all went snorkeling and the "girls" visited a local spa. All activities were fun. Seaside is a short walk away with great shops, food trucks, and restaurants. We had a memorable week here with our extended family - a true celebration,

Just perfect…

My siblings and I rented this house to host and celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. 12 total adults and we never felt cramped. It was just perfect for hanging out, cooking and doing long days at the beach. Ashley, the house host, was very nice and easy to work with. We would reserve this house again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place

We had a wonderful stay. Ashley addressed any and all our needs immediately. The bikes provided were great, since seaside is a quick five minute ride. The house is well-equipped, cozy bedding, and an absolutely perfect view with huge deck and a staircase away from the beach 47 steps, to be exact 😄. We spoke several times about securing this property next summer. We highly recommend Ashley's house.

40th BIRTHDAY BASH!!!

We had the best vacation and Birthday Bash for our Best Friend's 40th Birthday!!! The house is AMAZING!!! The porch makes the ocean breathtaking at all hours of the day and the house held 18 women comfortably!! We are thankful for this House and had no clue how close to Seaside Town it was but it was a walk a way!! Then being able to walk down to the beach was so wonderful!! WE loved it!!

Perfect Wedding Weekend

We had a destination wedding in Seaside and the property was perfect for us. We had 12 adults and 5 children staying with the Grooms family. I was worried about parking but it worked out fine with our 6 vechicles. Most the other properties we looked at only had room for 2 cars. All the Brides friends and family ended up hanging out at our place since it was so spacious and on the beach. The owner (Ashley was very responsive to any questions we had)

Awesome beach and view - house needs some work

We had a great time with a pretty large adult group at this house for over a week. The beach, view and deck were absolutely priceless, completely as advertised. The house was OK and spacious with lots of amenities, but really lacked some basic cleaning and maintenance. Clearly it is a rental only property that has be used a lot. Many issues to deal with throughout the week. The manager was very responsive when we texted her, but this house needs work, especially given the price we paid to be there.

Spring break -Wonderful Stay -Beautiful Property but few things missing.

First off we enjoyed the stay here very much! We had a family and friends totaling 5 for spring break. The property is a perfect layout for families and large groups. It has been updated nicely as well. The location is amazing and being able to walk out on the beach or a short journey to the Publix grocery store is super fairly easy. The Seaside marketplace is in easy walking distance and safe to send teenagers. We rented a golf cart for the week and the host has 5-6 bikes which all worked well. Fine Dining at the "Surfing Deer" directly across the street is a recommend (country club casual attire). The only reason it did not get a 5 star overall rating for us was that we were disappointed that the property was represented to have a Kayak and it did not and also it only had one roll of paper towels for the size of the property and price per night there is usually more basics. All the beach umbrellas were broken off at the bottom... It doesn't sound like a lot but The Kayak was a huge bummer to the kids and adults.. We were told it had been stolen "after arriving" and having to call. We looked into Renting one but it was a hassle not that optional and we shouldn't have to paying the rate The property charges and believing one would be there and be part of the fun. The Host communicated really well about everything when we reached out or had questions. We really loved the house and watching the dolphins from the back deck was special. The safety of the property is also very comforting. It was a very wonderful stay and made some great family memories. We would definitely recommend the property and rent again.. Just need clarify that the things are working and not broken. All just little things keeping up with the property that don't cost a lot and make it 5 star experience :) .

The BEST of the best!!

We had a dream vacation week at this top notch property right near Seaside. We've vacationed on 30A for over 20 years, and have stayed at a number of wonderful properties, but this stunning home is hands down our most favorite of all time. The jaw dropping ocean view and outdoor deck can only be described as heaven on earth. The floor plan was spacious and perfect for our large family group of assorted ages. The many King size beds and en suite bathrooms were especially thoughtful, unique, and so very appreciated by all. The gorgeous home decor was the beautiful cherry on top. We loved every moment of our trip, and will be back as soon as possible!

Family Gathering

Great location and restaurants within walking distance. Best sandy beach as always if you are anywhere in Destin area. Beach is quite and not too busy in front of house as some areas can be in this vicinity. Good selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas for use; not always the case with rentals.

Fantastic Property

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The home is gorgeous, everything was clean, the kitchen is well-stocked for meals, the beds were super comfortable, the location was so convenient to Seaside and groceries yet peaceful and quiet, and the weather was even perfect.
