This property was perfect for our large family and suited all of our needs! We loved the location and could easily get to the beach, restaurants, etc very quickly. We plan on staying here again!

Perfect

Perfect for families to share and have enough room for everyone, Extremely nice and clean. Close to everything, beach, pool, restaurants, Publix.

The property was spacious, clean and great location. We walked in to a broken Refrigerator, hood and upstairs washing machine. None of which was able to be fixed during our 1 week stay. This was disappointing as cooking without a hood is difficult. They had a smaller frig placed on outdoor porch that took 24 hours to cool. The golf cart is not the one advertised in the VRBO picture. They put a second golf cart in garage that they claimed was newer but actually an older cart with balding tires. We asked to use golf cart pictured in ads but were declined. Management did not solve any problems. For the amount paid for the week it was sad so many things were wrong. These problems had to have been known before our arrival.

Our team worked to provide solutions by bringing in a temporary refrigerator, in addition to the full-size refrigerator available in the garage. Regarding the golf cart, the cart provided for guest use is the newer insured cart, while the other cart shown in previous photos is no longer insured and is not eligible for guest operation. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to ensure our homes and amenities meet the expectations of our guests.

The house was wonderful, plenty of room! Loved that they had a lot of empty cabinets in the kitchen so we had a place to put the food we bought. It was clean and they also left more basic supplies like paper towels and TP than any other house we have stayed in. Great house!
