Stunning modern ranch style home in the heart of Lenoir City Tennessee. When you first step through the door you will see the beautiful vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace ,and open airy layout.

The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances.

The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake.

Love the cozy feel of a farm house, or a luxury modern feel? This is the perfect place for you! The living room is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or play board games with friends. Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining your guest.

Sit back and relax on the front porch and take in the vast mountain views.

Looking to work from home? Our internet clocks download speeds of over 400mbs. Perfect for those zoom calls and other business needs.

Enjoy our master bedroom which features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tile shower. Our other two guest beads feature queen beds in each room. In addition we have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests.

Walk out to our backyard patio where at night you can relax by the fire pit under the lights.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to be the next top chef!

The living room is furnished with a nice 70 inch flat-screen smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to things like: coffee, a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more.

While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy to get around.

Great place to stay

Cute house on quiet street!

We needed something not too far from the Oak Ridge national lab for a conference. This was a nice stay on a residential street with a yard. Had the basics and not far from the highway.

A good experience

Nice little home

We didn’t spend time during the day in the house as we have lots of family in the area. It was good for sleeping and preparing simple meals. The couch was decently comfortable and the outside patio furniture helped us enjoy the Tennessee sunshine.

Home away from home

Fabulous Property

This is a beautiful home and property! Top notch furnishings and layout. Super clean and accommodating. The area was close to restaurants and gas stations. Easy access for check in and check out. I would stay here again and highly recommend this place.

Perfect wedding weekend

This home is absolutely beautiful. Loved the new decor in every room. Our daughter got married in TN at Castleton Farms and this house was perfect to accommodate 6-7 people. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful, relaxing property!

Had five wonderful days at this home. It was a perfect place to relax when not checking out the local sites. Had everything we needed and more. Really loved the King bed in the master suite, very comfy. Would highly recommend if staying in the Lenoir City or surrounding areas.

Very clean and comfortable house to relax in! We enjoyed staying here and appreciated the decor, large TV and soft beds. Close to I-75 and easy drive to Knoxville.

loved our stay

Another couple and we stayed here for 3 days for an out of town wedding. We loved the quiet neighborhood, where we took walks after dinner two nights (and my husband took a run in the morning). We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch with lights strung above. The house was clean and uncluttered...we felt comfortable immediately. I would recommend staying here.

The property was wonderful and very conveniently located. We were minutes from Fort Loudon Dam and Melton Hill dam. In addition to the great location our 24 foot boat trailers pulled by a Chevy Sliverado had plenty of space to come and go in the drive . My children loved visiting Parrot Mountain, Soaky Mountain, and Tangier outlets.

Highly recommend

Just as pictured. Love the lay out of the home and decor. Didn’t really hang out there too much for we were planning a wedding for our daughter. Nice neighborhood and big yard fairly level too. Would recommend to other family members or friends.
