Escape to Soluna Cottage, a peaceful, fully furnished retreat in the heart of Tellico Village! Whether you're looking to unwind by the lake or explore scenic hiking trails, our cozy cottage is the perfect home base.
What to love: 40 Minutes From Knoxville/ 90 minutes to Gatlinburg, Minutes from Tellico Lake. Easy access to marinas, restaurants, walking trails, & fitness center. Please message me for info to access to fitness center and pool.
Inside, guests will find 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a cozy night's sleep. With amenities like AC, heating, and WiFi, your stay will be as enjoyable as can be. The 2 bathrooms are stocked with essentials like a hairdryer & extra towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, Nespresso coffee, and tea. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

We enjoyed staying at SoLuna. Check in and Check out were easy. Great communication with the host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again if we are in the area.

What a Beautiful home! Furniture was so comfortable & beautifully decorated. They went above & beyond making sure there was everything we would possibly need! This was our favorite VRBO that we have stayed in!

We stayed at SoLuna for nearly a month with our fur babies, it was perfect for us! The fenced yard was so nice to let the girls run around in. The cottage is very well stocked which was a huge bonus, it really felt like a home away from home.

The house was clean and well stocked with anything you may have forgotten (simple spices, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry detergent). Great location, close to everything in TV. Letty was responsive and gave us some extra info on events since we were there over 4th of July. For allowing pets, it was cleaner than I expected, but I do think that some people allow pets on furniture (we do not) and we just put a sheet on the couch to sit on. But most people would likely never even notice that.

had to altet my stay due to a work conflict, vrbo made a mistake on the alteration, but the owner was amazing in getting it taken care of quickly.The pictures do not do it justice. This is the cutest cottage and comfortably decorated. It’s very roomy and as a wonderful back deck. I look forward to staying here in the future when I can stay longer and utilize the outside area explore the surroundings. Kudos!

We had the best 12 night stay! Let me start with the host. I can not say enough about the excellent communication I had with Leticia. I’ve stayed in several short term rentals and the communication with her was by far the most responsive, helpful, and clear, I’ve experienced. That made everything else so easy! The property is as advertised. Although the home is in a cul-de-sac with other houses, it felt like our own private treehouse once we were inside. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The air conditioning worked great, which was needed during the heatwave they were having. The house was very cozy and comfortable. It was also close to everything in the Village. We enjoyed all the activities the Village had to offer. My favorite were the classes at the Wellness Center & the beach at the Family Park. My husband loved the 3 golf courses. He played them all twice! And if you’re looking for good takeout- I recommend the Thai place!If you want a relaxing vacation, in a beautiful setting, this is the place! We will definitely be back!

Property was in excellent condition. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. It felt like our home…. No clutter, excellent appliances, well stocked, even left snacks for us. Will definately book again. Can’t rave enough about our experience.

The house was perfect. Close to everything that we wanted to see. We really enjoyed it. They kept the place well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc. They even had snacks out which was so nice. It's a really cute place and clean. The host was terrific and was on the ball answering messages. We'd definitely stay there again! My only suggestion is if you plan on eating in and cooking, you'll want to bring you own seasonings. There is only salt & pepper. Otherwise, the place was perfect for us. One of the best vrbo's we've stayed at and we've been to many.

We most likely won’t return. The pillows are all overstuffed and uncomfortable. The beds are small. The guest bed is clearly aged. We kept rolling to the middle. We tried both beds. Both mattresses were too soft for our taste. The Nespresso coffee maker is single cup and there were only 5 pods and no decaf. Nice house but needs upgrades for coffee, pillows and beds. Hostess was great and responsive

The cottage was so cute and decorated for the season! The bed was so comfortable. The shower was modern. And the best part was the covered carport, no worry about rain when unloading luggage or walking into the house. I will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in the Tellico Village. Very centrally located and well stocked. It is a bit dated- not sure what the pictures show that. However, our stay was nice.
