Great location

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was a quick 20-30 minute walk to the heart of the French quarter. Home itself is very modern and spacious.

Great Host

Newer townhome about a 5 minute Uber ride to the visitor center on Basin Street where you can buy a hop on/off ticket for the tour bus. Street parking may be tricky as there isn’t driveway to use. Kevin is a responsive, professional and friendly host.

Fabulous

I was in NOLA for a wedding and was accompanied by my very youthful 84-year-old and 81-year-old parents. I needed something particular (walk I, shower, one level, close to the venue), and this VRBO checked all the boxes. Kevin was receptive and professional throughout the entire process. The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. The mattresses were amazing. Best sleep away from home ever. I have this on my favorites list and will stay here again.

Treme Duplex

We stayed 10 days at this lovely, modern house - it is a terrific location, convenient to everything of interest to us. This new home was very well equipped and comfortable. We were concerned with the street parking, but it did not present an issue. The neighbors were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We will make this our base on our next visit to NOLA. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and easy to work with - he was great.

Modern and New

The condo is very new and the decor is modern and fresh. Parking can be iffy on the street and there is no driveway, that we could tell. When we arrived, the condo was very dirty and we spent an hour and a half cleaning it. The owner accused us of lying about that. He refunded us $75, but we would have preferred to have the house clean in the first place.

Great Location

This is a very nice newer property in a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe and the ride down to French Quarter was a very quick Uber ride. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great house

Great place . It's is a little loud staying on bottom floor with kids above you. But good thing they were only running around in the daytime . No problems at night .

Girls NOLA Weekend

This home was absolutely perfect for my group of 6! Everything about this home was great for our weekend. The home is beautiful, very clean, and located near all the places we planned to go. The home is modern in style and each room has a bathroom! We loved this beautiful home, and it had everything we needed outside of food. I'm very particular about things and I must say I was very impressed to have Dove body wash, dish detergent, washing powder, and purell hand sanitizer available if needed. We took care of this home and will definitely stay here again whenever im in town. I appreciate Kevin's communication and he's a great host. Thank you

Comfortable hoem

Only issue we had was seats available (4 at dinner table and 1 couch) and was only provided 1 trash bag for the stay. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, everything else was great. Has nothing to do with homeowner but a heard of Buffalo stayed above us lol

Great House with great neighbors!!

Love this house!! Had a great time at Essence festival! Neighborhood business owner gave us recommendations for food, city politics, etc…. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, very comfortable home

This was a great property, I had a very late flight and was able to access the property very convenient. The property is in a great location in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located near all attractions. The property came with a parking spot directly in front of it. The beds were just as comfortable as the ones at home very clean too. Thank you for the stay

We only had one issue the whole weekend while we were there. I called Kevin and informed him of the issue and he had it fixed within 30 minutes. He's very responsive and professional. I will be staying there again. Thanks Kevin!

Final Four Trip

This is a brand new property that was designed beautifully and had a lot of upgraded amenities. Kitchen was stocked as was the bathrooms and laundry. Quality towels and linens were provided and the beds was extremely comfortable . There is a unit that is upstairs that can create an issue especially if there’s children with the noise. The Televisions had limited channels but there were televisions in all of the bedrooms and a huge Television in the living room/ dining area. The location is a minimal 10 minute or so to most popular destinations via Uber or Lyft about a $10-12 ride, however you can walk 15 minutes to get the street car which is a cheaper option.If you not into the Bourbon experience you must check out the Bayou Beer Garden and the Wrong iron which were both about 5 minutes away via car that had amazing menus and beer & wine options not to mention the Crawfish boils. Overall we had a great stay at this beautiful property.

Great Place and Great Location

I rented it for a group of guys, it slept 7 comfortably and was super nice! We were able to watch March madness on the big screen and it is just a short Uber to bourbon/French quarter!
