Whether you want a quiet relaxing time at the beautiful Central Oregon Coast or, are into Sand Dune Recreation, this is a very spacious, clean single-level home in great condition! Located very close to Heceta Beach on a spacious and quiet wind-protected sandy lot. You can hear the beach!

Close-by attractions/activities include:

Perfect vacation home

My husband, stepdaughter and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. We all wish it had been longer. The photos don’t do this property justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed, and is hidden perfectly from the road. The home is very clean and comfortable, and is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Beautiful, Peaceful House

We loved our stay. The house was easy to find and very clean. It was nice to be able to spread out both in the house and outside. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed waking up and heading to the beach first thing in the morning and then again walking to the beach to enjoy the sunset in the evening.

Family Vacation on Heceta Beach

The property was amazing, and as listed, extremely close to the beach. My family quickly got to the beach in time to see the sunset, and afterward, we went back and made smores in the firepit. The house was very homey and decorated as a true family home. I especially loved seeing the collections for the ocean. The only one-off request made was for us to do all the laundry before departure. I could only do half of this duty as we were traveling and had other destinations to get to. Besides that, my family adored this property and everything that it offered. There is the cutest little loft area for children to hang out in. My youngest wanted to stay longer just to hang out there. If I can make it to the area again, I will for sure be booking this VRBO again!

Amazing stay

The house was everything we needed to take our littles to the beach. Our multiple day stay was made convenient with plenty to occupy the kids and in a great location to go do activities. I did have concerns with the deck before we got there but was happily surprised at how safe and secure it was so my kids could come in and out as they pleased without concern of them getting off the deck. All around amazing stay!

The place was clean, inviting, family friendly environment with games, books, puzzles, and movies. The furniture was spacious and comfortable. The deck was a nice area to sit outside and relax.

Lovely space

We had a great time! Close to the beach, plenty of games, wonderful fire pit, even a small kids clubhouse loft that was an awesome surprise!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very nice and accomadated our clan perfectly. The property is well kept, the house was clean and inviting. It was the perfect home base for our summer adventure. We were able to enjoy family games and movies in the evening. It was an easy walk to play at the beach. 10/10 we recommend giving this charming beach house a try.

Wonderful Property

We had a great two night stay with friends ! Quick easy walk to the beach! Place was clean and well stocked! The kids LOVED the upstairs! Memories were made! Thanks for sharing your home with us! I know some reviewers mentioned the pictures being too much around the house. But I actually didn’t mind them at all and enjoyed them. Could see and feel the love the home had brought to them.

Amazing Stay in Florence

We loved our time at here, they had board games on hand which made for a fun evening around the dinner table. They also had such great music to play in the CD player and great walking distance from the beach! Would stay here again!

Will stay again and again

This home was perfect for our visit. The location is perfect, close to town but closer to the ocean. Walking in the area was so peaceful and calming. This home was so comfortable and had everything we would need to stay there forever!! We had major issues with out Enterprise Rental car and our hostess let us stay later then check out time since we were stranded without a car. This home is quiet and seriously I never wanted to leave.

Awesome vacation home!

Overall: we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for families with kids. Highlights: The best decorated house on the Pacific coast. Amazing location, close to the Hacita beach and so many other attractions. Super clean, spacious and very well maintained. Kids paradise in the loft. Minor housekeeping opportunities: Right front burner doesn't work. No soap and shampoo in the master bathroom. Lights over dining table don't work. Grill lighter doesn't work.

Great location with plenty of space

The house is exactly what I expected from the listing. The walk to the beach was short. The beach was great! The house is in good condition and has everything we needed and more. I would recommend this house to a family who loves to be near the beach.

Beautiful, Quiet Location

Large but cozy place to enjoy some time at the beach. There's clearly a lot of happy memories in this place.

Family get away

Took the family to Florence for the weekend to have some fun at Rhody Fest. The house was great. It was clean with plenty of room. Only complaint is that the fridge was half full of expired food products that we had to clean out and throw away.

Amazing Beach Getaway.

I stayed with my fiance, my daughter, her boyfriend and our other friend couple. We had an amazing time. We played horseshoes and hung out at the fire pit for most of our stay. We BBQ'd for dinner and we really never wanted to leave the property. We took a couple short walks down to the beach and really enjoyed that. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this place. Thank you!
