The pool was messed up so we could not swim Air conditioner was turned off when checked in and it was 89 Took most of night to cool down Other than that everything was fine

We booked this house for the pool and pool table. The pool was disgusting and green, couldn't get in it and the pool table was so unlevel you couldn't play on it. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept on. You felt the springs in your back. This house has a ton of potential, but it needs some work. The owner was very communicative with me and offered me a different house, but I was already settled in this one.

Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is older than expected, but the pool table was a hit and kept us entertained since it was too cold to swim.

The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was great, although there no lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. There was an issue with the washing machine not spinning and draining. Reached out to the host who said someone would come out to “show us how to use it” but no one did. I was able to wash clothes on the quick wash cycle only without any issues. We had traveled from NJ in an RV and really needed to do laundry.

thank you for the review. I apologize there are no lounge chairs pictured nor advertised. I do recommend Guest purchase Floaties if they would like to lounge in the water as for the washing machine, we thought that issue was resolved as it has worked perfectly since she left and we have never had any issues before your arrival either so sorry for the inconvenience.

This house was a lot bigger than it looks from the pictures. Great place to have family stay. Everyone enjoyed the stay at the house.

Firstly I feel like the host was slow to respond I had some questions and sometimes he wouldn’t respond til the next day. Once we arrived the house seemed clean but once we started unpacking and walking around there was a dirty cup just sitting on the table also an opened can of ramen noodles in one of the rooms and one of the bathrooms seemed to have dried up puke underneath the seat. Also the remotes were missing backs and were also really dirty. The mattresses in some rooms were dipped in really bad. One mattress was a sleep number, there was no air in it and no remote to air it up. It dipped in badly and very uncomfortable. The room off the pool table, the toilet is constantly running so it was loud the whole time. That room’s mattress was very worn and had dips, could feel the springs in it. The pool was cloudy on arrival and by the second day it was green, the waterfall completely stopped working. As our stay got longer we just noticed a lot of things wrong some of the door handles were not screwed onto the doors making them hard to lock, one of the tvs had black lines running down half of it. A lot of the outlets wouldn’t hold a charger they would slip out. Overall I think for the price they need to put more money into this place.
