Awesome neighborhood, awesome house and amazing mattresses. A small hiccup on our last day that was resolved quickly due to great communication with host.

thank you, Morgan you've solidified my thought process. I don't understand why I have allowed people to rent my houses for one night. I'm happy to help and so I've kept a few available for that intention however, for some odd reason people that stay one night never feel comfortable leaving a five star review I thank you for the four star review without any comments and to let future travelers know I will no longer be offering one night stays at any of my properties.

Family Gathering

We needed a place to call home while in town for a family event. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. Communication from the host was top notch. Overall the house served our needs and would recommend staying here.

Stephen was very communicative and accommodating. He was very quick to respond and easy to get a hold of. The home was great for what we were looking for and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Perfect for Our Needs

We came in town for a family event, so we were here to sleep and shower. The home was perfect for what we needed. And we utilized all rooms. For the garage bedroom, we picked up an additional fan and extension cord/power strip. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. We would stay again. Thank you!

Convenient location, plenty of space

Steven was very quick to respond and willing to work with us on accommodation adjustments we had to make due to a funeral we were attending. The home itself is very spacious and has lovely decorations. There are some spices if you are looking to cook and plenty of other kitchen items. Very good fence (if you have dogs this is something you may worry about, especially in Midland) with a private patio. We had a concern ending our stay but Steven didn't hesitate to respond and get the situation cleared up. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
