Whether you’re coming for the week or the weekend, dog friendly Monarch Point has all the extras you’re looking for - including an elevator from the ground to main level! The bright and airy living room boasts a large sectional sofa perfect for movie nights or relaxing chats with your family and friends. The well-equipped contemporary kitchen & dining area includes a breakfast bar that seats 4 and table that seats 8, making it easy to prepare and serve family meals.
The luxurious primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level. It boasts a king bed, entertainment center, and deck access – perfect for stepping out of bed and out onto the deck with your coffee in the mornings! The en suite has double vanities and a walk-in shower with bench. A second primary suite is located upstairs with a king bed, seating area, deck access, and en suite bath. Bedroom 3 also has an en suite bath as well as deck access. The bunk bedroom features two twin bunks and a pull-out twin trundle bed. There’s also a cozy 5th bedroom with a twin daybed that’s tucked right off the hallway on the upper level.
When you’re ready to take advantage of the sand and surf you’ll love being only 1 house away from the neighborhood beach access! Grab your cart of beach toys and get ready to spend hours having fun in the sun!

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
