A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional (as it is with most rentals) and available for $65/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 1st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature

Guys Golf Trip

Great house for 6 guys on annual golf trip to Phoenix. We have stayed at numerous places over years, but this one was the best yet ! Very clean, all new, excellent location, and host was very responsive and easy to reach. Would definitely recommend….

Bridal Party Weekend

I rented this stunning home for my daughter and some of her bridal party (four couples) for her wedding weekend. The wedding was at the Desert Botanical Gardens, and this location was nearby, as well as close to Old Town. What a stunning home! From the outside the size of this house is deceiving. It is much larger than it appears. The floorpan is fantastic for a large group with a divided floor plan. The primary room and bath is on one side of the home, with the other three bedrooms and two baths on the other. The kitchen/living/dining rooms are open and have a great flow. The pool is gorgeous and backyard is very comfortable with a great layout and plenty of seating. Paula was great to communicate with and we were able to arrange to have additional guests for a pre-wedding dinner. The large kitchen with a giant island is perfect for entertaining. I would absolutely recommend this home for a desert getaway!

Amazing house!

I booked this beautiful home for a bachelorette party and it was everything we could have asked for and more! Everyone loved the house, especially the spacious backyard/pool. I would totally rebook this home!

Perfect family home

I rented this home for my family coming into town. The house was extremely clean and spacious. Even more beautiful than pictured! The yard was stunning with plenty of sitting areas. Paula was great and very easy to communicate with. Overall my family had an amazing time and plan to rent this house again in the future!

10/10…Where do I begin?

Had an amazing time at the property! Great location and the home was perfect. Felt that it was even better in person than the photos-which is rare. SPOTLESS! The pool and patio was a great spot to spend the hot afternoons. The communication with Paula was great too! She was quick to respond when we locked ourselves out. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again. Was the perfect spot for a friend meetup.

Super nice home and host! The house is in a great location, just a short drive to anywhere in the area! We enjoyed the beautiful backyard, and everyone loved having their own space in the house! We hope to return again sometime soon!

The house was lovely. The bathrooms were fantastic. The pool was absolutely fabulous. The kitchen was well terrific. All the accommodations were well thought out and exceptional. The minor needs we had were taken care of immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you!

A wonderful place

This house was perfect for three generations of family celebrating daughter’s graduation from ASU. I wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely book again (or at least try) when we come back to the area.

Amazing house and excellent location

Our family of eight recently stayed at the house, it’s a stunning new home with large bedrooms and four bathrooms, large kitchen and family room, just a perfect layout for a large group. The backyard was beautiful with a new pool, sitting areas, longe chairs, big table and a Fire pit that we used every night. The host, Paula, was so welcoming and was readily available anytime we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this property, we had a wonderful experience.

Perfect place to stay

What a beautiful property in an excellent location. This house was designed with quality and beauty in mind. The outdoor and pool area had plenty of options, including a fire pit with loads of seating. We could not have asked for more!

Immaculate, spectacular home with responsive excellent manager

The home was as displayed. It was absolutely beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The home has high end appliances, master shower is incredible. Paula was responsive, accommodating and pleasant to work with. We would recommend this home and Paula anytime.

Immaculate, elegant, and better than the pictures!

Simply one of the most beautiful, luxurious, well-appointed, and nicely situated vacation rental home I've seen. Everything we needed was provided. The home is gorgeous. The location is super-convenient, the beds are comfortable, and the master bath is a work of art. My whole family loved staying here, and we can't wait to get back! Lovely home!

We had a wonderful stay! Paula is a wonderful host and the communication was terrific. This is a comfortable and roomy home with a fully equipped kitchen- more than you could ask for! Bedrooms and baths are brand new! House will be even better once the pool is built but we enjoyed the pool she gave us access to, up the road in the condos. Neighborhood is super quiet and SO convenient!! We were never more than 8-10 miles from great restaurants, shopping, hiking…you name it!

Great house

House was perfect. The indoor outdoor living was perfect with the weather. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. And the location was right near a ton of great restaurants and bars.

Spectacular new home!

Our family enjoyed our time in this extremely clean and beautiful new home. It is even better than pictured. The kitchen was spectacular, and we loved the huge island. The master bedroom, bathroom and shower were incredible. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking. The back yard is like an oasis, with several different sitting areas. I cannot imagine how spectacular it will be when the pool gets added. Paula was a great host and was always available to answer our questions.

The BEST house and best time!

My entire family - myself, husband, in laws and our sons who live in the area all enjoyed our stay in this super clean, brand new house. The big screen & the fireplace, to die for kitchen, giant bedrooms were outstanding. We felt like we were in a 5 star hotel but better. We always stay in Vrbo’s when in Scottsdale and this home knocked it out of the park. We ‘d never stayed in the Biltmore area before but loved how friendly it was, people walking and biking all over, and we were just a quick ride into Old Town Scottsdale (but we ended up eating nearby at Chelsea’s Kitchen). Paula is a great host to work with and made our trip very easy. We will be back!

Amazing new home and great host

We were super excited to be the very first guest in Paula’s new home and this place was nothing short of spectacular. The house is enormous, brand new and gorgeous. Beds were extremely comfortable! We loved sitting out in the quiet backyard for coffee and again at night against the fire pit with cocktails. We will return next year after the pool has been built but we took Paula’s suggestion to buy a resort pass and went to the Waldorf at the Biltmore and felt like we were staying at the hotel but got to go home and cook dinner in our gourmet kitchen and drink our own wine by the fireplace and the big screen. We didn’t want to leave! Stay at this house while it’s still affordable because it’s for sure a bargain. Oh, and we loved walking to Sprouts and Starbucks through the park down the street.

We just listed this home & it has too many great features to encompass them all. A few of its remarkable amenities include its location, the fantastic/private/quiet lot that it is on, the way it opens up to the enormous backyard setting where you can dine, BBQ & enjoy our phenomenal Arizona weather. We will be building a pool between June 1-Aug 31, 2022 as we just opened this home for rental purposes (it had been owner occupied).
