A perfect place to stay in Phoenix. The pool, hot tub and guest house truly turned the yard into an oasis. The main house was laid out so well for our entire family. Appreciated a kitchen that allowed us to cook and relax. Will definetly stay again when in Phoenix!

This property worked out perfectly for our family. The location is perfect . Very close to getting on and off I-10. Also only about 10-15 minutes to get to Chase stadium. Go Diamondbacks!!The property was very clean and stocked with all the things you would need.

Great stay! House was nice and well laid out, pool and spa were easy to use (and kids had a great time using them!). Hosts were very quick to respond to all messages. Would definitely recommend/stay again!

8 of us stayed comfortably in this beautiful house. The twin bed is actually a roll-away, and if you use it in the guest house things can get a little tight. It's easy to move to another bedroom or living room if needed. Beds are comfortable, house is very clean. Appliances work great. The A/C is efficient and cool. The pool is great, set on auto filter with a nice little waterfall. There's lots of shade available in the yard if you get too hot. There's an outdoor fridge and a large TV outside.We spent most of the time in the yard, enjoying the patio and the palm tree views. The neighbors are friendly, and the house is secure. Bring bug spray along with your sunscreen - the no-seeums and mosquitos are hungry in Arizona!Check in was no problem and the owners are very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this house.

We lived the place! The outdoor space was fabulous and the house and decor was modern and functional. The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in a rental. So much attention to detail - you’ll find everything you need in this beautiful house.

We had a wonderful girls’ weekend at this spacious and beautifully designed home! We loved the contemporary, cool decor throughout the house, and the space was incredibly comfortable and relaxing.The outdoor area was a highlight of our stay. We spent lots of time enjoying the pool, hot tub, outdoor bar and TV areas. It was the perfect setup for relaxing and spending time together.The house was also the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in and had everything we needed. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and attention to detail throughout the home.The home is in an area of town that initially made us a little cautious, but we felt very secure once we arrived. The property is essentially a private fortress, with large walls surrounding the home that provide privacy and security.It’s really close to the airport which was convenient and while there aren’t any nice restaurants or shops close by, they were a short Uber ride away. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this home for a relaxing getaway with friends!

The house was very clean and spacious. The backyard and pool area is really the highlight of the property especially at night. The casita is super cute although we didn’t use it. Wasn’t walking distance to some things like we previously thought but Ubers were very easy to get. Would stay here again

Hosts were super communicative. House was comfortable. Kitchen well furnished. We did not use the pool or outside area due to rain during our stay ... but we would have had we had sunshine.

Great location to explore or work in Phoenix or Scottsdale. The property feels like a secure, private compound. Off street parking was a bonus. The pool was a treat everyday. We never used the hot tub but there are instructions for use in the casita. The configuration of the home with 3 br and the casita with a separate br was so convenient when we had family or friends visit us. The beds were comfortable and sheets and towels adequate for our stay. The kitchen is well stocked only missing a few items that long term renters might find useful like a mixer and dish towels. Honestly, our only issue was slow communication when we had a few questions and some items were not repaired during our stay of 50 days. The items needing repair were not critical to our stay and enjoyment of the home. If you need the space or like to entertain, this home is a great choice.

We came and stayed for a week. The house was fine. Well stocked and clean. The outdoor area is where the house shines with the pool, hot tub and bar/tv area great for entertainment. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool didn’t heat and wasn’t fixed until half way through our week there. I had canceled a reservation elsewhere because the pool wasn’t heated and there was a cold spell when we arrived for first few days so we were very disappointed. The host was nice but offered us no concessions or real apology. Considering we were in the city, the house felt very private. They also allow pets and our friends had a dog who visited so that was nice. Overall it was great except the main reason we rented the house for weren’t in good working order but they are fixed now!
