Cant even put into words how much we loved this place. Location is a dream and the pier alone is worth it, coffee every morning watching the sunrise. We had the villa prestocked before we arrived which made everything so easy, no wasted time running to the store. Staff went above and beyond the entire trip, nothing was ever too much to ask. I would happily stay here again!

We walked into the villa after a pretty long travel day, tired and ready to just collapse, and there was water, beer, fresh fruit, and even fresh coconut water straight from the tree waiting for us. Such a small thing, but it made us feel instantly welcomed, like they actually thought about our arrival ahead of time instead of just handing us a key. That kind of thoughtfulness carried through the whole trip too, whenever we needed something, it was already taken care of before we even had to ask. Little touches like that are what stuck with us most about this stay, it wasnt just a beautiful location and property, it was clearly a team that cares about the details. We left already talking about when we'd come back.

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone! The property was massive. The villa was beautiful. The grounds crew cleared the seaweed from the beach and raked the sand, daily. Everyone that worked there was friendly. The concierge, Terri, was very helpful. The nearby restaurants were great (El Norte, Tranquility, Moon bar, Casa Alegre). It was a bit of a trek from the city (40 minutes by golf cart), but not too secluded like some spots further north. It’s perfect for anyone that wants a comfortable stay while exploring all of Ambergris Caye.

The villa was absolutely beautiful The cleanliness, the beach, the view fantastic The staff are personable, very friendly and helpul to whatever you neededWe enjoyed interacting with each and everyone Terri was great..had everything organized that we needed or wanted Was quick to respond , had our travel plans from and to the mainland perfect. Spent 9 days there and could've definitely used a few more...so relaxing.Thank you to all the staff and thank you Terri for making our stay one of the best!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing from start to finish, and Terri, the concierge, was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed throughout our trip. The location was fantastic - close to great restaurants. We especially loved having access to the private beach. Overall, an excellent experience and we’d definitely come back!

Birthday Retreat!

I found this vila on VRBO and it looked stunning. Unfortunately the beach part was very mucky and filled with seaweed but we still enjoyed the pier and the beach area. The staff made sure they were there for our every need. If we asked for anything it was done and done quickly. Sadly our porch fan and light didn’t work but it didn’t break our good time. They had a few nice gifts for me for my birthday and the villa itself was very nice and was very clean. Unfortunately the cleaning lady didn’t keep supplies stocked and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels which should not have happened since she came in every day. She made an awesome fresh salsa though!!! We reserved a chef through ALOM and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with this chef but after speaking with them about our issues they were apologetic and said they would be addressing the chef! Any time we needed to get somewhere or wanted to go to a diff place they made sure we were picked up on time, taken to where we needed to go on time and made it an easy travel experience. If it wasn’t for them we definitely would have been lost. Terri the concierge, was extremely nice and extremely helpful any time we needed something or had any questions. She took care of it quickly but by the end of the wk it seemed as though we may have annoyed her a little by her responses and she didn’t say anything like good bye or anything when she escorted us back to the Ferry. Not a big deal but would have been nice seeing she was extremely nice all wk. we dealt with a lot of mosquitos but the staff on the property made sure there was smoke to keep most of them away. While there were a few minor issues, it didn’t sway our amazing time we had. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this place as I am sure those issues will be addressed and whoever stays will be taken care of 💯 Thank you AlOM for making our experience so memorable.

Relax in paradise

I absolutely adored this place and the vacation as a whole. The property is beautiful and so clean. Your hostess is amazing and responds to everything and every question. If you’re adventurous, you can find plenty to eat in the area. The grounds are lovely and there is so much to see and do.

Paradise View with the Luxuries of Home (and more)

Property is well away from town, but worth it as it's well appointed with the luxuries of home and a paradise view. The concierge, housekeeping and laundry services put this one over the top. Highly recommend.

San Pedro Private Hideaway

Our Villa was so beautiful and while the property has some areas under construction it was very well organized and clean. My favorite part of our stay was our concierge Terri! She made sure we had a lovely stay and kept us informed and safe. She facilitated our transportation from the airport, to the ferry and to the villa. She also helped me book a chef to come cook for us in the villa. Without her the trip would have been good but she made it great!

One of the best holidays we’ve ever had! I can’t say enough good things! The accommodations were exceptionally clean, beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was superb! Location was an oasis, exclusive and private! We will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation

Very clean quiet place. Perfect for our family. Enjoyed having the private peer and beach area. And the fresh coconut water! Host was very helpful in arranging activities, water taxi etc. about 8 miles from town but takes around 45 minutes to get here. We enjoyed not having to deal with the busy city

Thank you a great stay

Villa Azul is a stunning property, and its beachfront location made this our family’s favorite trip! We loved spending time on the beach right outside our door—it was a picture-perfect paradise. The team was incredibly kind, with Derek bringing us daily coconut water and Terri helping plan everything from stocking groceries to booking activities and transportation, which was a huge help with kids. This allowed us all to relax and enjoy quality family time without worrying about trip details. Being outside of town was a great bonus, offering peace and tranquility, for a chance to escape our busy lives. Highly recommend staying here—thank you, ALOM!

Paradise

We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer! The home and the grounds were lovely, clean, and so well maintained. As advertised, it is far from town (45 minutes by golf cart) - but there are plenty of restaurants and beaches close by. And the staff makes it very easy to access everything - they were very communicative before and throughout the stay. Terri arranged a golf cart for us and escorted us from the water taxi to the home (and smartly suggested we stop for groceries on the way). We kayaked, fished from the pier, got picked up right on our beach for an excursion, did a day trip to secret beach, and walked/carted to dinners. We will definitely be back.

Amazing!! We Will Be back!

Staying at Villa Azul, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in lean luxury and serene elegance. The villa was impeccably designed, blending modern comfort with the stunning natural beauty of Belize. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity we could ask for! ALOMs location is the showstopper, nestled away from town, we were in a tranquil oasis that was our own private paradise. The peace & quiet allowed us to unwind fully and immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. Traveling to the north side of the island gave us a chance to explore so much we couldn’t experience being in town. We found hidden beaches & local eats, all without the crowds. Highly recommend for the most authentic Belizian experience!

Awesome Stay!

I had a great stay at ALOM! We stayed for a week, and it was a relaxing getaway. The villa is very private and about a 45-minute golf cart ride from town. The furnishings inside the villa were top-notch; I loved the high ceilings, Belizean hardwoods, and the individual AC units in each room. The view inside the villa is amazing. ALOM has a large dock that is fun to hang out at and look for sea life. The beach is kept up on a daily basis so that there is little to no seaweed on the beach during the day. ALOM is the place to be for a relaxing getaway. The weather was amazing, and there are some good restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back! Plus, the staff is amazing (Karla, Derrick, Lando, Jerome, and Terri). Couldn't say better things about it!

An amazing stay!

From the time I booked the home owner Sari and partner concierge Terri were amazing and super attentive and responsive to me. Terri was very helpful with answering all my questions. Picked me up on time at the airport. I was sooo hungry and lightheaded I asked for fish and Terri took me to Elvi’s kitchen. It was an amazing first meal. Definitely go! We took the golf cart and made a few stops and Terri was showing me around and pointfing out places to see. Terri gladly took me to stop at the stores to grab a few things and we took a 40min 8.5mile ride to the Villa. A bit bumpy towards mile 5 I think but it was a new adventure I was ready for! The Villa is gorgeous just like the pictures. Bring bug spray cause the mosquitoes are also gonna welcome you quickly. Terri helped me in and we went over expectations for my stay. Terri also prestocked fridge with Belikin beers, cokes and a 10gl bottle for the water cooler. I had left a small bag in the airport Terri even got it back! My cart broke down on me twice and Derrick the grounds keeper quickly came to my rescue. He also brought me fresh coconut water whenever I wanted. Karla keeps the house beautiful and was is sooo super sweet and great to chat with. I’m greatful for all of them. The only thing I would suggest is maybe adding a bar to the sliding door so it feels more secure and a curtain to create more privacy as ppl working walk thru and I was a women alone. Other than that completely safe and so quiet.

What a stunning home. The location is private and secluded, and honestly it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We’re so happy we found it. It’s a gem.There was sargassum on the beach while we were there, but the whole island was affected, and the staff cleans the beach daily. It didn’t take away from our stay. We also did Mexico Rocks, and it’s a must-try, one of the best snorkeling spots we’ve been to. We were hoping to do the Private Beach BBQ too, but we had limited time. That’s one more reason to come back.This was one of the most relaxed vacations we’ve had, and everyone loved it here. The staff are warm and amazing, and they were one of the highlights of the trip. We’re definitely coming back!

We were in Belize and decided to spend the last few days of our trip exploring Ambergris Caye, booked this place last minute with my friends and it ended up being one of the best decisions of the whole trip. Location is great, secluded and peaceful, exactly what we needed after being on the go. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart to get around the island, makes everything much easier. Even though it was a short stay we managed to do a bunch, ate at some of the nearby restaurants which were all so good, and snorkeled at Mexico Rocks, an absolute must. There's so much to do here, wish we had more time. We will be back.
